What would you say if I agreed with you about Wilgy? Is it okay if I'm also going off of Dom's list that's been re-posted several times, since he probably took the tracking deal, because he was extra mad at people voting him?DharmaHelper wrote:Does this make sense to anyone? Has Wilgy put any effort forward prior to him taking heat today? Can you explain why this makes you want to vote for me, Wilgy? Would you consider Dom's list of suspects any more or less valid than LC's list? Do you have reason to want to try and paint your accusers as bad? Can we please get another 4 way tie going and include the people I mentioned before?DrWilgy wrote:Just re-read through the events before LC's death.
Juliet's and my mutual "we'll get to the other's ISO later" is amusing.
Bea and Mac are my strongest civ reads now. They trusted LC, and I've trusted LC since day 2. I really am sorry I wasn't there to submit a vote, I would've murked Draconus without regret had I been there.
I think this post is wonderful. It makes me want to vote for DH or Draconus, I think LC is making it obvious here that DH's level of trust wasn't in sync with Bea's, Mac's, or my own. Also, I know for a fact that LC is smart enough to pick up on alignment's through having his own BTSC.Long Con wrote:My suspects:

Some old, some new. DH, I do have a bit of a bad feeling from your support out there, I'm sorry to say. Metalmarsh, a bit of a gut feel.
I stated it previous, Marmot is a dangerous thing to have around. There's no way to be sure of him, nor do I think that there ever will be. At least with lurker's, they can come around and prove their civvieness through vote patterns and the occasional opinionated post or two. I still won't vote for him though, he's my friend.
Also are we aware of the limitation on a RC'er in a game where Light is a civilian? I mean, unless the RC and UC are the same thing in this game...
Papryco, am I next to be Judged? I've always wanted to take a stroll through the judgement hall with you. It's so well lit and pretty.
Why am I on this list? Is it because I'm quiet? Do I feel a little like Dom now, where accusations come without foundations?DharmaHelper wrote:How many people feel comfortable with Dr. Wigly, Motel Room, Blooper, Juliet, or Sorsha? Who is willing to bet me one or more of these individuals is mafia? Can we please lynch one of them today to put my mind at east?
Why am I on this list, Yoda?Boomslang wrote:For me this day period runs between three back-to-back 10–12 hour days, so of content forgive my quietness/lack. Did I just come back from a wedding and too tired to post? Is this question curse annoying the hell out of me?
Don't I know who to look at now?
Can DH please start talking more? Can DH name his suspects? How about Drac and Boomslang? Can they say who they are suspicious of? Boomlang, what did you learn tonight? Do you learn something every night? Why haven't you shared it with us? Did you know who doesn't have BTSC or what?
Do I need to go to sleep. I do, don't I?
Dr, my best suspects now are. Wilgy, mac, and blooper. But also wrong about dom, I was, so probably crap, my insights are. Yeesssssss.
I thought it looked bogus and contrived because it was the kind of stuff people (including myself) always go after MM for, without much substance. The dude almost always plays a lax, jokey game, and is blatant about it, regardless of alignment. Yawn. Same old, same old suspicion with nothing new added that I saw, and it looked too easy until he claimed Indy.FZ. wrote:Still not caught up, because I'm sick and don't have the energy to read through all those pages, but what about MM's case was bogus and contrived? He admitted himself that he wasn't contributing at all, so those who picked up on it were certainly not making anything up. What exactly did I miss that moved people from thinking he was bad, to taking all their votes off him?nijuukyugou wrote:Ice and sleet fall in

The cabin fever is real.
And it figures that I'm blocked from voting the day I'm able to catch up and keep upI would have either voted Dom or, as the lynch picked up, Tranq, because the reasoning behind voting MM as said in the thread looked bogus and contrived to me, and it appeared that Tranq had managed to slip out of the noose (or at least the radar, if not by votes) a few times. But alas, RIP Tranq

Now, what I'm curious about is this: I'm a quiet player. Who would want to block me from voting, and for what purpose?
Not really. I voted for you in the last Day period I was able to, and I did defend my vote here. I don't have many posts, so I find it odd that you missed this. And your hyper-defensiveness this round doesn't make me feel any better about you. I do agree, however, that a lot of people are suspecting you, and are saying you're bad, and are putting you "next" on the list, but never really get to "next." Wonder why that is? Keeping healthy suspicion alive, perhaps? Bullshitting? A combination of both? Curious, indeed.Dom wrote:Why would you vote me?nijuukyugou wrote:Ice and sleet fall in

This is shifty AF, ninja.
I'm not anyone's teammate. I feel so freaking lost in this game, and have felt so since Day 0, and I'd say I have no one to discuss things with except people in-thread, but I get so far behind that I don't even have time to do that. But I suppose that's irrelevant? No, not irrelevant - more like, repetitive. Yes. I was the 4th voter for Lorab, as has been confirmed, and had no intention of changing my vote (I was actually leaving at the time to go do RL shenanigans, as I said). Changed my mind on you. Your defenses rang true (as I said above, your tone did so), and have done so as far as my last read goes, too. I still hate typing that kind of stuff out, because I could still be bamboozled and I hate hate hate being wrong, but there it is. Then, this:JaggedJimmyJay wrote: LoRab and nijuukyugou
LoRab did not talk to or about ninja.
I already talked about one of her posts relative to LoRab. Now with LoRab's flip it looks even worse than before.
This is the only other relevant post. She flips the script on Day 3.5. It appears hers was the 4th of 5 votes for LoRab, but I don't know how the tally looked at this point. I know it was a chaotic mess at this point, I don't know if I still had the tally lead. That's important information and I'll need anyone else to clarify before I can analyze fairly.Spoiler: show
Generally I still think ninja is a viable candidate to be LoRab's team mate.
It could've been a set up, but it wasn't. I might change a vote if I'm in the thread and playing around and talking it out, but I left. I am, admittedly, pleased to see that a bit of chaos did result, although I'm sad I missed it in real time. Makes for real fun analysis seeing who changed his/her votes and when. And "in any case," I'm not a strong civ read? Bah! There are two important things you need to know about me. One: I'm never a strong civ read, because I'm too quiet and people call me a "lurker." Two: The one time I was called a "strong civ," I was brutally nightkilled. I keep to myself now. I appreciate the suspicion, actually, and it makes me feel good and loved and safe.FZ. wrote:I went back and looked at nijuu's post before her vote for Lorab, which supposedly made her look better.
The underlined could have been a set up for a change of vote later on. She voted for JJJ the previous day when it was between the two. She said she was going back and forth on JJJ. Possibly a set up for later as well. In addition, this was before all the tie shit started happening. I'm not even sure how many votes JJJ had at that point, but he had at least 5. Does anyone remember if he had more votes at different stages of the vote?nijuukyugou wrote:Okay, I have to finish these cookies and get myself outta here, and I've still got like four pages to read. Ugh. Thems the breaks, I guess.
Votes are a lot more spread out this round, which I suppose is good? Makes me less wary. During my read (and really, thinking about the no-lynch situation), I keep flip-flopping on JJJ. On the one hand, he appears as a frustrated civ who's half-given up. At the same time, he kept popping in to make points and (despite what he said upon his return) to defend himself. I'm torn because I don't like to let myself be swindled by tone, but at the same time, the tone's been consistent, and I was doubtful about that in particular yesterday. Ugh. Ugh, I say.
Well, I gotta make a decision, and I do like to make things *interesting*, especially with changeable votes being a factor. Lorab's fallen off the radar more than last phase, so let's give her a vote and see what happens when these votes get a bit closer.
In any case, Nijuu is definitely not a strong civ read as one would expect after that vote.
DH, what is your point?
I disagree with this. If there has been a lot of productive, useful stuff posted, one has to wade through a lot of nonsense to get through it, and frankly, it's tiresome. I like to analyze people's posts, especially when I do have the time to do so like I will for the next week or so without much work to bring home, but when I come back after a day and there's literally about 15 pages of just STUFF to glean "useful" bits from, I don't call that productive on the whole. I'll come back to this.MacDougall wrote:There's loads of useful shit been posted. This has been a very productive game so far.thellama73 wrote:They are not really worth reading.Tranq wrote:25 pages already?
I agree with this so hard. Rico, I love ya, but the game you're pulling is not civilian, whether or not you're a civ. It's distracting to a point I've never experienced here, and I don't see a civ reason for it, unless there's some insane role power I don't know about. But I can't imagine a ridiculous post-number power would be civilian. Which brings me to someone mentioning the possibility of your being indy, and to this I agree with:DharmaHelper wrote:Your behavior tells me that one of two things is true:Ricochet wrote:Now why did you go an' vote me? You only said I look least civvie, not that I'm bad.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
Ricochet
Either you don't care enough to further the civvie cause or you have reason to deter the civvie cause. In either case, a vote for you at this stage is my best option.
I have been indy in the last two games I've played, and it was fantastic since I straight up didn't have to worry about a civilian or baddie cause - I did whatever I could to keep my own win conditions. Indies can be dangerous as fuck (especially near the end when it really counts) if you let them slide.DharmaHelper wrote:Also, since when is "Indy" synonymous with "Better let this person win the game"
So, for probably the first or second time ever (and what the hell, votes are changeable), I'll vote early, and for Rico.a2thezebra wrote:I think he wants us to think that he wants to be lynched so he can cruise his baddieness all the way to endgame. Fuck that.
