On policy I'm hesitant to vote anyone who wants to change rolls only because of the possibility of a joker type role. Cool still voting Rico cuz tbh I don't understand him

I'm still pretty confused on what's going on, and currently don't know what my own win condition is so I'm going to do two things:
1. Vote Rico
2. Point on the fact that both the rules, and teams say "Stage one" above them. Thoughts on what that might mean?
