Great game all. The reason I was quite blendy this game is because I always feel weird when playing as mafia. Like, I over think everything when I'm bad and it makes it hard to get much of anything into thread. Regardless had a ton of fun, especially towards the end!

I feel like ties aren't optimal even if they don't force a no lynch, but by day 3 I remember someone floating the idea that lynches ending in ties were for sure no lynches so I just wanted to make sure.

There is a role that I think I know, but it's not because of a hint. I haven't caught, or done, any overt hinting.

When most of the baddie votes were bussing votes, I'm sure you can see how voting to lynch Mafia doesn't exonerate you.

Yeah, I get why it doesn't exonerate, but If I'm reading things right, the arguments seems to be that it makes me guilty.

Thankfully we do have 3 days to figure this out, but I'm not sure I understand how I'm getting so much heat.

I feel like blendy does less with how much you post and what you post about, so posting in abundance over mechanics verse posting only when you have somethimg to say about player behavior makes the difference.

ebwop: logic was off, 2 more nks/lynch puts us in lylo, not a lose. Regardless, i still think a move like this is plausible.

Leaning INH right now. The only way I can understand a Quin kill (aside from Boom, who i'm not removing from the table) is a gutsy move where by removing a member of this game's unholy 3, the baddie team could take suspicion off that block preventing INH's death today. Lynch someone outside of the block today, and make a move on the other person (in this case LC) on Day 7 for the win.
The theory could be applied to LC, but I think it's less likely with LC claiming a protection today instead of tomorrow.

Thoughts?

K so few things:
First, as someone else already pointed out, between "Anyone considering JJJ" and "voting JJJ" someone pointed out the vote manipulator roles. While they aren't the worst thing in the world [When tie doesn't mean no lynch], you learn less from tie than you do otherwise.
On day 3, I felt JJJ was a better candidate than Wilgy, but my vote on him would have forced a tie. The logic done above was incorrect. There were 3 votes on JJJ and 5 votes on Wilgy when I voted. If I voted JJJ and Wilgy voted JJJ, there would have been a tie.
Lastly, I have to apologize for my vote yesterday. Traveling all day, I was able to keep up with thread during my bus ride and expected to be able to vote with reasoning from my computer once I arrived in my room. Unfortunately, I didn't reach a computer and had to rush to give my reasoning/vote by phone. I didn't bother checking the poll when I voted, and that was a mistake.

In a word: College. I started class this week, and with a bunch on my plate, I haven't been able to really engage the game as much as I might like, but I'm still trying to get my reads and thoughts out whenever I can.

That said, I do not understand a Quin NK in the slightest. Will read him before the lynch with his alignment in mind.

As others pointed out llama was probably silenced. His train of logic follows how I've been reading thread so far, and I'm just having trouble shaking his day one. That said I'm not seeing the denim shirt theory, both in a literal I can't find where he implied this and I don't see it based on Ephi's hypothetical via his question to llama.

Quins vote record accompanied by his tone and wifom statements leads me to vote for him.

inb4 Eloh had an lynch immunity

Like what Quin said, an Eloh vote feel like a day one vote, and while we might not learn much about roles in a open set up game, we learn more about intent when someone with more said dies rather than voting someone who we don't have a reason to believe they're civvie.

After a bit of reading, nothing I've seen has really changed my view. I'm more on side for a Quin vote but willing to Vote INH if no one else want to vote there.

Still there, but with Wilgy flipped baddie, I feel it's more likely between you and INH. Both INH and JJJ voted early, but INH vote set precedence for a JJJ lynch. Where JJJ had every reason to vote for a more likely candidate considering he had a lot of heat at that point, his vote kinda came out of left field. While misguided, it reads genuine, especially when coupled with his recent thoughts in thread.

I'm reading Quin's call to kill him as a perfect Wifom, and because of the fact that I've been there... a lot, but have never thought to call for a lynch of myself because of it, I think of it more of a moot point rather than something I can read as a point in either direction. That said, looking at vote record I think there's a stronger case for Quin rather than INH. While both records are pretty crappy, Quins feel more like attempted saves than INH's does. I'm more inclined to view INH's as unlucky gut reads based off of the fact the votes were so early. Alternatively, voting early to prevent having to vote for teammates still leads me to suspect INH, but just not as much as Quin.

No, I follow that, It just doesn't read as a role claim, especially in a game where role claim are allowed. It felt like a tinfoil.

He made one substantive post, which I've snipped to these pieces. His contribution has been to discount the suspicions presented by other people (my suspicion of Long Con and Elohcin's suspicion of Quin). He was vaguely critical of me here (asserting I was concerned with semantics and not alignment) which lends some support to his eventual decision to vote for me. It's a bit convenient though that his only meaningful post provided him with the rationale necessary to participate in a two-way lynch dynamic between Quin and I.

The highlighted question is a little ick at face value. In his first sentence about Quin, he acknowledged Elohcin's post, and though he didn't think she was roleclaiming this at least evidences that he was aware of that point's existence. So that should tell him that "the case against Quin" consisted of more than just the tinfoil theory.

Also, two question marks. Yikes.

I read Eloh 1.0's post, but I missed eloh's suspicion on quin. Also wasn't Quin was the one pushing it as a role claim. But I can't find the post where this all happened.
