I knew jack was going to do the whole switch votes at the last second thing. Wasnt sure how to to stop it though since dom had already voted mac and kinda messed it up I dont know if it would have mattered by that point. I knew I was the same cop because I checked epi and then of course he died. My plan had been to either buddy him if he was good or lynch him if was bad but then didnt factor in oh wait maybe they're going to kill him off.

So like somehow I just kneeeewwww jack was gonna change his vote at the last minute.

He couldn't get people on the dom train so he's trying to get people to vote mac. Also self preservation to get people off his train. Rej has been following the wagon of the day up until now and now that everyone is giving him a hard time he has to find any other person to get people to suspect.

I'm just busy and not super around sorry guys. I still think jack rej and spirityo are my top suspects. Sorry I'll be home soon and will catch up more. It's so hard to catch up at work after being on vacation.

So why is dom so hardcore against mac regardless of any discussion happening?
I've felt so unsure this whole game but right now my suspicions are mostly toward jack rej and spirityo. Maybe nova if the town leader theory is to be believed. If jack is bad I think he's doing a good job at blending in and agreeing with the right people at the right time. Like this last end if day when he was kinda accusing juliets but then decided to agree that lc was the right choice and then LC gets mislynched. I always go back to that game where jack tricked me into the final mislynch by lulling me into a false sense of security.
I don't think its mac because I feel like he would have at least somewhat thrown some shade at a teammate by now but all of his guesses were wrong. Sig hasn't been around until now and I don't feel like dom would act the way he has as a baddie.

I'm town. I think Mac is townlean 'cause of that 0/4 (lol), being kind of his civself at moments and catching Juliets drift. I think Dom is townlean for calling Juliets and I stupid and for that outburst. I believe Oreki is townlean, making sig the same.

That leaves the 4 names I posted above. If it's not you, do you see a team of Sprit/Jack and Rej? What's making you suspicious of Rej exaclty?

PS: I don't like how you went from "I" on your suspicion of Rej to "prevented people" lol.

I'm saying I'm not the only person who has done that. I know others have been iffy on rej but didnt vote him specifically because of his irl concerns.
Jack and spirit have not given me reason to think they're town. They both are usually a bit more aggressive in their scum hunting when they're town and I'm not really seeing that as much this game.

Where did everyone go? Am I reading the rules right that since nova and dom went over the post limit they start the day with votes regardless? Unless they had some way to circumvent that.

Maaaan I don't know I've been reading everything for like an hour and still not sure. I read LC and there's not a lot there. Is the case on him basically that he appears to not be putting in as much effort as usual? He made it a point to say he doesn't vote with his teammates and then voted quin by himself initially but then started following wagons as they came along today. To me he seems to be putting in less effort than usual and kinda sliding by. I may vote there.
Dom is so sure mac is bad but others are quick to say there was enough evidence to suggest he's not. It took me awhile to pick up on what was even being referred to and theres no guarantee that is the case. There's no way to know since no one can counter claim or anything.
Juliets is doing a good job of defending herself and putting in a lot of effort which is a good look. I'm not entirely convinced of her being town yet but it's better than it was initially.
I'm iffy on rej I feel bad for his current situation irl but I see him as being scummy this game.

Okay I am actually back home now and have internet. There's still a lot of varying thoughts and opinions all over the place so it's kinda hard to follow. I am here but I have to do some catching up to kinda figure out what's going on.

So fun story... I was on vacation all week and the hotel was like hey we have free wifi and I'm like awesome that'll be great.... turns out that free wifi doesn't even reach all the way to our hotel room. Soooo I'm on my way home today and will have internet later. I didn't want to use up all my data in one week. I've been trying to keep up as much as I can.

I don't know about nova. I've been iffy on him so far but I'm not really sure what hes like when he's bad. I think I've mostly just seen him as town but he seems a little different this time.
I am however familiar with Tony being scummy and I think tony 2.0 is bad. He's more talkative more trying to solve things and that's how he was as mafia. It was like hes a better civ whole being mafia and theres a clear change between how he was at first and now

The reason I thought juliets maybe was because she was quick to follow both of the mislynches of the day.
I didn't see tony as bad initially because he was less talkative and not as involved. It seems to me when he's mafia he's better at appearing civ and is more talkative and involved kind of like how he is now...

The only thing that was making me think mac was because I remember him saying before that he believes epi is good at figuring out when he's bad. So he'd have motive to kill him off.
I am wondering though if it's worth looking at the fact that rej and juliets both voted together for both of the mislynches.
I was wrong about creature but he just didn't seem his usual self and didnt seem to be doing anything to defend himself or find an alternative to him getting votes until the very end and then wasn't voting.

Im still thinking creature. In the scenario of him being bad he could say hey don't vote Tony he's civ and end up being proven right when Tony gets mislynched. He says he prevents mislynches yet didn't try to stop that one by voting elsewhere or arguing any other case. And he also doesnt seem to be trying to prevent his own if that's what is happening. He focuses so much on the post limit yet wastes posts to complain about the post limit.

Nova is doing his usual and the only real difference is he didn't fake suspect me from my first post this time. I'm really not super familiar with oreki. I guess if I had to choose who I suspect it would be creature because even despite this post limit thing he usually is more talkative and more aggressive and some of what he has said was strange. He's overly focused on the post limit rather than looking at anything that is going on. It feels like he is being more cautious about how he comes off and explaining how he's playing.
Why do you feel the need to have to pick out a suspect? My questions weren't requesting that. This approach doesn't really feel natural to me. I also kinda feel you're entire suspicion on Creature is disingenuous. You felt the need to have someone to suspect, so you went for the easiest person.

I'd suggest lynching you but I already want Rej gone too so meh.
You narrowed down your list of who you wanted opinions on. I had my own opinion on someone else. I find creature suspicious and voted him. You're asking why I feel the need to pick out a suspect? I must have missed the rule where I need someone to ask me who I suspect in order to share who I suspect seeing how its end of day and all.
The wording that you chose to bring forth your suspicion on Creature is my gripe. You said "I guess if I had to choose who to suspect", that doesn't sound at all like someone who's actually suspecting someone but someone who feels the need to have a suspicion so it looks like they're doing something. Feels forced and disingenuous.

That's just how I always talk. It's okay you're not familiar with me or the way I say things. Honestly I just am super busy and trying to type out posts while going grocery shopping so I really wasn't able to put together a big huge fancy post. I suspect creature theres nothing forced about it. He's being suspicious I voted him.

Do you reconcile all his public and annoying complaining with "being cautious about he comes off"?

This ^ ^sums up how I'm feeling right now. I am having a hard time following all these arguments between Drago/Orecki/Rej. Maybe it's because I haven't played with any of you very much so I am not yet familiar with your style.

Random thoughts:

As for Nova, he threw out what I thought was an obvious joke giving first impression reads of people who hadn't even posted. It was a variation of something I've seen before when he has been civ, first impression reads. His series of one line posts at the beginning is something else I've seen him do as a civ. Also he has been asking questions which I like. Nova is a good player and may be able to mimic his civ style when bad, but right now I'm leaning good.

This "slip" people are talking about with Rej, the statement - "How can I ensure you, me being town?" doesn't seem like a slip to me. I think it is obvious he means "How can I assure you that I am town". Someone help me out here, why is this a slip? Is this the main issue with Rej or are there other indicators that show him as bad?

@Long Con, I don't understand your vote for Quin. Could you talk a little bit about that?

Epi, can you talk about why you voted for Tony? Maybe I missed it and if so just tell me and I'll go back and find it.

I am going to start ISOing Drago, Rej, and Orecki to see if I can get a better handle on their arguments.

Okay so I'm glad I'm not the only one who had trouble following all of that. It's part of why I really didnt feel like I had much to respond to initially. In response to doms comment regarding me responding to epi, that was the first post I noticed I was mentioned in so it was something I actually wanted to respond to. I know I've been slacking thus game so far but I should have time after work to catch up more thoroughly and vote.

Folks, two things:

1. This game was designed not so that nobody posts, but so that people don't have to read 200 posts per player. Please talk. Go.

2. This game was NOT designed so that nobody posts until one hour before the lynch deadline in which everyone is scrambling to read what's going on because they didn't do so earlier.

For now, LC gets my vote of this group.

I've been busy with work and such. I read throughout the day when I get the chance. I'm horrible at day 1 reads and so far there just hadn't been anything I felt like responding to yet. I guess I probably don't have to worry much about that whole post limit thing though as I'm not super talkative as it is.
