I really don't get this. I'm being linked with MP because he said he thinks I'm civ? This is llama and LC all over again. I searched MP Night 1 but he's not my colour.

I'm not a Red either. I've been very tight with my cash for the very reason I don't want to land on that sorta shit. I haven't even made it past go yet thanks to my trip to jail

Regarding my play change. Part of it is lack of time and part of it is the buzz of my first game out of retirement has worn off. I've addressed that. If it's not good enough for everyone, I can't help it. I'm playing, which is more than you can say about a few people.

LC, are you not voting MP? You seemed adamant he and I were Reds earlier. You haven't responded to me at all.

Btw guys, Hedgeowl isn't a long read. He likes Epi's theories on Boogs and doesn't like MP's theories on llama and LC. Thats pretty much it.

Well I agree LC is probably a Light Blue. His post about the Reds auctioning houses and how those on the first half of the board wouldn't buy them, as him being a first half property. Other than worrying over him possibly already having houses, I'm not against LC, so I don't want to be drawn into sides.

Who do you suspect, other than TH?

I agree with this. Unless they become active again I think it's in our interest to leave WW right now. I'll prob be looking at likely Reds or Railroads. The kill of the Railroads is of more concern to me at the moment, but I've just avoided the Reds and I know some of you are coming up to them.

Who'd even have the money to buy? I haven't even passed go yet and I'm too worried to spend incase I hit a house or something.

I'm looking at LC I suppose. It's likely he is a part of one of those LMS groups because of the auto-find he won, but I think he's more likely Light Blue.

I don't think there's much between juliets' civ or FEB games. I can never really read her personally. So, in addition to Epi's post, I find it odd that anybody would say they're seeing juliets'civ game, because she doesn't have one IMO.

I'm happy voting Boogs today and I think it's only a matter of time until he is lynched. Today is as good a day as any. There's been a lot of us whose been pinged by him.

Sorry I've been so busy recently, trying my best to involve myself in the game when I can. Only just realised the reds and light blues have monopolised!

While I initially thought he may have been onto something with LC and llama, I think LC has been genuine in his responses. The more I consider the way Boogs has gone about it, the more I think he's latched onto it to try to keep the civs weak.

This is not-my-first-game-since-coming-out-of-retirement-Zeek. I'm sorry I'm not more like MP this game, but thats not my usual style anyway.

Speaking of MP, he's passionate every game I've played with him, so I'm not really seeing how he's different this game. He often hammers home his theories.

So, on my radar at the moment are BWT, LC, llama and Boogs.

I feel LC has acquitted himself well since the theories about him and llama have been put out there and I'm pretty happy not voting for him at the moment. He's seemed pretty genuine to me. llama is a different story. Still unsure about him but maybe not enough to vote there right now. I find the "you know me better than that" thing suspect though. I don't know him, why even say it?

BWT has a fair few empty posts and as pointed out he did say he'd only bid on property he felt was worth having. There's little reason to want the property he did bid for unless you're railroad. He also far outbid me for win an auction, when there was no need to go that high. I believe he has a bit of spare cash, makes me wonder how he got it.

Boogs has been acting suspicious the way he advocates lynching people with powers or has BTSC. He says the crux of his case is he thinks LC and llama are mafia but I'm not sure I believe that anymore. He may be trying to eliminate any strength developing within the civs. We need BTSC atm, so theres more trust. That can be a problem for endgame, once the Mafia are gone.

So yeah, may go BWT or Boogs today. My eye is still on llama.

This is a lazy post. You're just latching onto an existing theory (a bad one at that). Why would a baddie be so careless as to just vouch for a teammate without explanation? Come on, Zeek, you know me better than that.

As to why I said "I have not found a teammate," there are two reason why I said it.

1) It's true.
2) I was accused of having found a teammate.

Brief, not lazy, as I had limited time to post. I was stating I also find it suspicious you say you don't have BTSC but you're convinced LC is civ. You say you're not voting for him but it really looks like you might have to if it comes down to the two of you. How good can your reading of LC be, if it was so different the previous day?

I don't know you better than that, I've played four cycles with you in Zelda. What I do know of you is that you're pretty clever. Clever enough to subvert expected behaviours of you.

I don't remember LC being on the side of not searching, so I'll have a look back. If you're right, that's a bit of a contradiction from him and could indicate he's not being genuine.

I don't think we should go after people for buying stuff though. If none of us search, bid on property or try to gain powers we're letting the Mafia win. Some people will want to get a foothold right out of the blocks. If they're civ, we're painting targets on them discussing how powered they are.

I haven't played much with llama really, four cycles in Zelda but I was quite busy and couldn't follow the game fully. Even less with Boogs, she died before I did in that game. I do think the kitty thing is easy to hide behind though. Is this something she does when she's bad?

I'm interested in hearing from keys, as he's been very quiet after the searching debate and not said much about suspicions.

Kinda surprised FZ got lynched to be honest. It looked like MP, BWT and I were the only ones who were really looking at her when I went to bed. Haven't gone back to read everything since then but it doesn't sound like they were piled on votes toward the end. I get desire to have $200 added to any bids placed on the lynched property, but our best chance of lynching baddies isfor everyone to vote on their primary suspicion and THEN bandwagon on secondary suspicions once a result seems likely or whatever.

I'm voting FZ. This is the second pity post when someone suspects her. Not really buying it, no defence at all to what MP has said and a "lynch me for being stupid" when I questioned her

Having a lot of long days at the moment so it's bedtime for me.

I'd like to advocate leaving it but somebody would just come in and pretend they didn't know. I think someone buys and auctions is probably best.

Not sure how I'll vote, could both be civ on civ. Still mulling over FZ's plan of letting the most trusted player win the bid as well. Probably be voting for one of the people mentioned in this post however.

This may have been a way to ensure the baddies could kill two birds with one stone: NK and take the card, and eliminate a trusted person. This has my attention.

This is a terrible idea too. Whoever wins this card is a prime candidate for a NK, but making sure the most trusted player gets it means you lose the person most people will listen to/trust as well.

What do you think about anyone that would claim to not look for a partner at night? I don't think a baddie would be that apparent, but I am not inclined to believe that player.

Depends who it was I suppose. I genuinely don't think keys will search but I can't say that for many people.

In regard it searching for your set: I think its up to each person to decide now. There have been a lot of good points on either side and I suppose its down to interpretation now. Which path will give each individual the greatest chance to win? Thats the basic crux of capitalism after all :P

Yeah, pretty sure this will be standard. Not criticising at all, but we'll all probably do this at some point and vote patterns won't be that helpful. It's also going to make bandwagons very likely amd less likely to result in a mafia lynch.

I understand the thoughts on Epi but don't necessarily agree. I expected some people to flash the cash early and I'm not that surprised its him. Dunno, as usual he's not defending himself so its hard to tell what to make of it

I'm also going to be conservative with my money. I don't want to bankrupt myself too early. Only one I'd consider bidding for is Windfall and I think bidding is too high for me on D1 already :P

Let's just aim for a civ, any civ, win. Even if we all get into sets the mafia are the biggest threat, after they're gone it can be every man for themselves. Or their set.
