. The targets and timing are certainly different. I have been doing a little bit of research and I'm thinking that maybe the note passed from a more experienced player to a less experienced player.

Don't know if FZ. is still around, but: what did you mean by Aces having been the only player almost confirmed civ? I don't remember anyone saying that about him or anything he did pointing out at that.

I am going to vote for Elochin because I want to trust L. If Elo flips Detective, then I will be really disappointed in L and I will have a hard time trusting him/her in the future.

Kira did not kill 2 nights ago. Last nights kill has yet to manifest itself.

I don't like this killing during the day thing. I think it encourages people to vote early so that they don't miss the chance to vote (like SVS did).

Maybe there is something we can discover in that Kira didn't kill last night. Stopped somehow?

Yeah, sorry. Sometimes words fall out my mouth (or fingers) before I think them through all the way. I just get excited. I see Epi's point about role outing - however, there is role outing built into some of the roles.

Changed my mind again after thinking about it. Does it do any good to lynch a sympathizer if we are trying to kill Kiras? Why would L tell us to eliminate a sympathizer when that's not the goal?

L does have investigation into the % likelihood that someone is the murderer. It doesn't say anything about getting confirmation about non-murderers. If it's for real, then it would be in the secrets.

I just voted for TH. Traffic was so bad because of rain and I had to pick up Snowman from the high school because he can't ride his motorcycle in the rain and I had to take dinner to a sick family and I told the kids they could have Whataburger and donuts and I got home at 7:40 and the vote ended at 7:44 and I didn't get the chance to decide between Boo and Bea and it looked like TH was already dead and he was fun but kind of obnoxious and now I have to go to dinner and I don't think we should end lynches on Friday nights.

I will be back in a few hours to make my decision.

I am curious about your kill on LC. Why do it and then frame the discussion in a way that also assigns guilt to you? The WIFOM and getting ahead of it is nice, but LC wasn't really playing normal LC this game, and it would have been easy to argue a player who doesn't know him well did it because he was a middle of the pack poster who wasn't raising a lot of flags, the kind of target baddies like because they are so rarely protected. Although I guess that's maybe why you killed him? Another person who could pick up on your baddie-ness and would come at you hard.

I suppose the good news for me is that based on your coming after me, I'm not next to be NKed? Or did you try that, it was supposed to have gone through by now, and I've gotten lucky and it failed? I could see that, after LC and SVS, I'm one of what, 3 or 4 people you'd want dead next?

I'm almost tempted to go the usual route and build a case. I started to, but it just feels off. If it was anyone else I would have gone through with it. But if there's anyone who'd manage to do the emotional defense that strikes people as honest and gives them even a one day reprieve to regroup, it's you. I think that must have been what you were hoping for throwing my name out? I bite, come after you in my usual style, you play it just so, and get me lynched after subtly but obviously forcing me into making it a you vs. me.

So who's your teammate? You have to be Light, and while I don't trust Epi or llama, I don't think it's either of them. I still think TH is a Shingami, and that was the first role I thought he was. I wonder if I had that one right?

It's similar to my argument about Snowman, "trust me, I know that this person is bad." Trouble is, is Boo a detective? I agreed with Boo on D0 and have found his posts to be helpful, but I totally get that this could be his baddie way of not getting lynched. Bea defended DP when I suspected him. Now we're in a weird ZomBooBea love triangle. Do I vote for Boo, Bea, or the obnoxious but fun Mr. TH?

TH in Harry Potter lead his team to victory because no one could believe he was bad. Including me. I helped rezzed a civ and thought they were bad because they said bad things about TH. It's not at all personal.

also @ zombra. I used to get really mad at DP and Lizzy and APerson and Vomps because they play the way they do. DF was and is always a source of confusion to me. I love when he's civ but it's usually too late in the game for me to tell it. You can hate the way they play and vote them for the way they play all you want, doesn't change the fact that at the end of the day - just like I will never be a code breaker or a case maker - they will never post as much as you want them to.

Okay. I am willing to trust your opinion of DP, at least for now.

I'm just upset because I spent 7 hours working on the puzzle this morning. This is partially because I love puzzles a lot, and partially because it seemed important to the game. Regardless, I did it because I thought it was fun, and I wanted to help finish it. But then I went to work and come home, and I'm suddenly being accused of "distracting" and "trying to look helpful". It feels like all that work I did was just stupid and worthless. And llama brings up a point against me that you immediately grabbed onto. I don't mean to play the emotional card, but I am annoyed. It's not a ploy from me to look pro-detective, I just did it because I wanted to.

I'm back. Seems kind of funky that the same "Gosh darnit these puzzles are tricky" fellows are all "Gosh darnit, those puzzle solvers sure are suspect."

No kidding. Besides, how could you tell the difference between someone who is bad and "wants to look helpful" and someone who is good and "wants to look helpful"? Are detectives not allowed to look helpful in this game? I guess a civvie would say, "Ooh a puzzle, better not help because that would make me look bad because it makes me look good?" I hope that didn't happen. I really do.

Also, DP makes me mad. I don't care if this is his regular game. His regular game is stupid. Play or don't. If he chooses not to play, then I want to lynch him.

I would consider voting Made (but not Zomba - I love her). He seems to show up and say, "Oh my, so much to read, I don't know where to vote." IIRC that is the same behavior that convinced people to vote for Snowman.
