Not only has the awards game been fun, but this has been a great year for diverse winners. Lots of new names taking the glory this year.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is hard this year. I feel like we’ll be in perpetual catch-up mode for some of the old guard, but there’s so many newer members who haven’t played with them, so some deserving but less-active names may be passed over. Makes me sad to think about.
