This week I will try to do a write-up about my cruise in the Travel thread. For now, here's the 'Elegant Night' portrait we bought. We got a nice picture frame for it too with the name of the boat we were on.

June 5th- This was the only picture I got of myself that Sunday. We were on our way up to the Poconos for my cousin's graduation party. We stopped in Hazleton for a pit stop, a bottle, and a diaper change. June 12th- Back to bald and the Pens win the Cup! I didn't grow the beard for the Pens but it worked out that I grew the beard the year my #2 team won the Cup. Had they lost Game 6, this picture would have been me frowning. June 13th- Now for a little fun! It took me longer to ditch the facial hair but I had fun along the way. First up, a game of Dazzling Princess with Chloe. June 14th- I trimed it all back to a uniform-ish length of 1/2". Most of the beard grew somewhere between 5/8" and 3/4" because when I used the 5/8" clip I took a little off all over. June 16th- I wanted to get a picture of me with my dad while I still had the beard. I've only ever seen dad clean-shaven once in my whole life. To be fair, he wasn't wearing shoes in this picture but I was, so he's not as short as this picture makes him look. June 15th- One more with dad. This one is a better side-by-side comparison.
I have some amusing pics from today yet to post. I hit a couple different styles as I shaved off all the facial hair.

May 8th- Almost a month in and going strong. May 15th- Why hello there. May 22nd- Watching hockey with Lilah May 29th- Starting to get a little scraggly

Not quite as devastatingly handsome as I had imagined you, Sloonei, but close.

I'm growing a playoff beard for the Stanley Cup Playoffs even though my team didn't even make the cut. Here are my pics so far:

April 10th- the last time I shaved (and the last day of the regular season). My daughter was baptized this day. April 17th- One week in... April 24th- Two weeks in and growing fast. May 1st- Three weeks in. I'm going for a 'Most Interesting Man in the World' look here. :P

Haha I hadn't noticed that when framing the shot. The DVDs on that shelf pretty much sum me up- Lord of the Rings, Lost, MacGyver. The only thing missing is one of my 5 copies of the original Star Wars trilogy. My wife's Harry Potter DVDs are on the second shelf down, right under LotR.

Here is me and the family this morning making a special announcement about our baby due in October.

It would be cool if we could get together on a cruise. Then we could play the party game version of mafia.

I've been to Pittsburgh, PA, New York City, Buxton, NC, and a few places in between.
