Thanks for the game Epi, I was hoping to grab some more scrap before trying to engage with the store but became scrap before that instead.

Should have just strong followed my gut coming out of d1, but multiball+procrastination+not finding my footing yet among the playerbase put me in a bad spot to truly lead here.

I read Mac as the Pirate coming out of d1, but didn't think this game size probably allowed for an explicitly anti-town indie+no evidence of it. He wasn't one, but ended up playing that way.

Myo had my scumhunting sense tingling hard after d1, but I gave into AtE in an unusual moment of weakness in that regard when we had them on the ropes. Let my team down there.

Their connections to Jack, from a general sense. Their post about Daisy before EoD1 being the worst specific post, especially coming off of posting how the team was myself+Sloonei+an inactive. Why does sig not consider Jack and I possible scummates at that time given his scumread on me?

I would be more concerned about it if they hadn't showed a progression on their read of me since scumreading+voting for me d1, but they have. I'm a very paranoid person, but I try not to let it rule me. Right now the niggling about Myo is taking precedent.

What's interesting about this sequence is that Jack immediately switched off Daisy upon them coming into the thread moving to another on the inactive list, but unless Jack removed it on the poll while not announcing it in the thread, Jack didn't do the same when nutella posted. 1. I like the look of Jack atm. His vote for me, and subsequent move to someone else inactive is a method I approve of. Feeling a little bad about him, and possible he is covering for Sloonei?

Just a caveat, I was reading the thread at work, there is the chance I mixed up what was from which poster. I can’t look now because I’m headed to lunch and I’ve got a thing over my lunch. Those are my thoughts at the moment. I’ll vote after work.

1. Going back to this, I can't see how someone can approve so much of inactive votes early when votes are great for pressure in the early game. You shouldn't just park on inactives, it's a copout and doesn't move forward discussion. Daisy also left the door open for them to push onto Mac later.

2. It seems like he doesn't have reason to think inactive votes controversial with this crowd.

3. This definitely does feel more against Sloonei than what I did, especially given they were getting what I was saying wrong/not taking into account all of Sloonei's posts on the matter.

Their late vote on me was terrible and I only narrowly didn't get lynched over Jack.

I will add that there probably is a world where I'm pushing the gas pedal on sig if Soneji flips mafia. His progression on sig is the one of a typical w/w interaction.

He stated something about sig, just so he keeps up the appearance of an actual progression to the read, when in reality, the fuel comes only at a specific post that looks sort of bad for sig, so it looks good for anti-spew, etc etc.

This is interesting, as it seems townie from the view of trying to make teammate connections that shows progression, but they also were calling sig/Jack potentially w/w earlier, and if they're mafia with sig then they're never actually going to follow through with this when I flip town. It isn't as bad in light of them being against my lynch later.

I mean, I think salad is a more useful tool against specific players who tend to do that, especially ones who don't know about salad and can consciously not do it. Asking questions to get a better grasp on Jack's position, rather than let him hide behind what other players would say about a post. This is called trying to establish someone's alignment through questioning, and is a good way to get both townreads and scumreads. Jack gave a solid if overly long answer to my question, so now I slightly town lean him.

The rationale is fine. Cramming "if overly long" in there isn't my favorite thing, as it adds negative energy to an otherwise positive comment -- negative energy that would seem to have no bearing on the final read. There might be some discomfort evident in that -- also in that dang word "slightly".

Conclusion:

I think there's room for concern about Soneji, albeit stemming from very little content

I put the part about it being overly long in there because it being overly long gave me a gut feel that it was wolfy in tone even if solid in content, so yes it did have bearing on the read given there and even more on my close to the vest read on Jack.

I kinda think Myo is twtbw Soneji. Especially in the thread asking Jack directly for answers on things. I don't feel like Myo would do that if they were partners, but certainly not a strong read.

I would fully agree, but they're also in a considerably different environment then the norm for them so I think there is a higher chance than normal that they're clinging to the familiar. I'm getting stuck on how about ten minutes after I explain why I questioned Jack on his nutella comment, Myo makes a post justifying my suspicion with reasoning that mirrored my own, yet didn't actually accuse Jack of being suspicious. Combined with Jack's response saying my question didn't raise his suspicion on me, it makes me feel that there was a plan to pocket me which admittedly I hoped Jack if he was scum would think that he could pocket me, and held my cards close to my chest ready to likely come at him d2.

On the other hand Jack quoting Myo directly there looked like a pocket attempt, so

Spacedaisy should be the focus coming into d2, but I definitely want to see more reads from Myo because the only true read they gave was a town read on you after the day phase had ended, which doesn't inspire confidence.

I come from NarutoForums, I've dealt with an abundance of different characters and love aggression in most forms. You weren't tilting me, and you would take awhile before you could. You're not half as bad as Mantichora, or Banks, probably the only two people to ever truly tilt me and I have adapted a lot since both encounters.

I get much more annoyed by calls to stop playing the game as I want to, and people being melodramatic.

You seemed just fine with the idea that these last two hours were good enough for a primary focus on some players, yet Sloonei is bad for doing ISOs atm? This day phase has been rather unproductive, it's not like Sloonei is doing this in the midst of a high energy EoD with strong lynch candidates. If anything the analysis could provide us with a good candidate.

Feeling a bit paranoid about Myo because they were kind of Jack focused all day, The closest they came to a scumread was saying that my suspicion on Jack's post about nutella salad was warranted, but they didn't vote there or at all. They were around at EoD, so could have voted me, but that would have been pretty outing and only bring it to RNG, and the one positive of CFDs is it can catch wolves off-guard, so they might have been frozen unsure what to do.

My initial scum ping on Jack was right then. Another point towards gut choice over mind wariness.

You could genuinely be using that as your reasoning behind wanting to lynch me, as either alignment. I lean towards it coming from scum given how you're trying to construct a narrative around a vague sense of irritation on someone you habe little meta on, when irritation isn't particularly AI.

Day 3 lynch: If we haven't hit fur at this point lynch Sloonei without thinking twice. If we have 1 or 2 wolves, keep working through the POE and we'll win eventually.

If we follow this model up to day 3 we have an >80% chance of winning the game and right now anyone sane would be accepting that opportunity.
