So this is going until there is just me and 4 mafia left and we pretend there's still a game to be played?

I basically disappeared from this game recently because I exhausted anything that looks like a suspect and I'm kind of assuming mafia already has the majority and the host is just wasting our time.

But yeah, I guess I'll catch up and say something before the day is over.

So how is this game not over?

I'm not that good at reading TH but I do think he's trying a lot harder here than in FIrefly where he was bad.

Jack/INH looks like civ/civ

But the civ ratio in this game is so low that doesn't make me very confident.

I do see some aggression in here. Tone doesn't strike me as quite the same, but hey it's been three years.

It's my first game in this site and one of my favorites so it's fresh on my mind. Harder to remember new examples because most games are just a blur in my memory.

Also I don't like how it feels like there're three people going "I don't feel good about reading eloh but I don't know how to read her so I'll pass"

I think I'd go for super townies instead. I don't care about finding teammates as much as I do about eliminating dangerous people and making the game end faster.

DH or Bunny would be good kills, as loud players who seem to be trying to organize the game.

That's why I'm saying it's hardly AI.

That said nutella's thing wasn't exactly self-destruction it was her (in her own words) being a gullible-ass basic bitch. She wasn't giving up as much as she was banging her head against her bedroom wall to try to make it break.

sprityo is a strong contender for the fastest towel throw of the year socky award, if we have one like that. His keyboard right now must be just a single red button with the word "Self-Destruction".

Nova feels strangely absent I think he's normally a bigger pain in the ass.

INH, Colin, Eloh are all a big blob of unreadableness.

Need to see more of Jack and Wilgy but I liked what was given so far.

Sprityo is bordering on too scummy to be scum status. He's self-destructing. I hate when people who do that because it's hardly alignment indicative yet leaves us with no options.

Speed is civ too because I don't think he'd fake a case against his wife on day 1.

TH feels civ too he's somewhat different from Firefly where he was an unhelpful memelord

Quin feels more civ today too he's saying some truths and I was already thinking his inactivity was NAI.

And that probably ends my civ list.

There was. She was using it to paint Luna in a bad light. "Give the guy a chance" highlights that. As if Luna's vote is dooming Mac from showing up or contributing. 1 vote isn't going to pressure someone. It did relate to what Eloh was saying and I interpreted Eloh's post as a way to frame Luna's vote and fabricate a scum read. If what she meant was "That's a bad reason to vote him and you should do some actual hunting" she could have gone another way about it without attacking her, and setting ground for her eventual scumread of Luna. The latter just strengthen my take on the post.
The worst thing eloh said in that post was "unless you ARE bad" implying lunalee is scum. "Give the guy a chance" doesnt highlight any kind of painting. If anything there was no pressure at all because the votes were more symbolic than anything yesterday. So in a hypothetical situation, why would lunalee just drop the vote on someone "because theyre not here"?

There is a point, so that they contribute and share their thoughts. Killing the person they suspect the most without having aired the suspicions and getting some thoughts on their case is just wrong. THE EXERCISE SHOULD NOT BE FOR THEM TO USE IT AS A WAY TO ABSOLVE THEM FROM CONTRIBUTING

I'm a man of my word. I know mac is an outstanding player, and it's a shame he was the one lynched. it couldve just as easily been jack, or wilgy. I do appreciate the painting. In fact I highlighted all the dismissive attitude you put out.

Another one I almost cased in INH's place was Luna I didn't like her d1 that much.

But I feel like I've been suspecting Luna in day 1 if every game lately so I wanted to go for someone different.

In normal conditions I'd just keep INH at the back of my mind until something more substantial came.

Bandwagons and moving votes and shit doesn't matter as much in this set up. What matters most here is the strength behind individual votes and cases. Am I wrong?
Assuming Sprit keeps his word and kills a non-voter, and assuming Mac doesn’t show up at the 11th Hour, this lynch is a done deal. I think the cases against Luna and DDL are interesting but still fairly weak. I’m poking around based on gut and seeing what happens, basically. Developing a possible list of suspects and feeling people out.

Something about these posts feel a little bit on-the-fence to me. A lot of words describing how he's unsure about things ("seems to", "perhaps", "interesting but still fairly weak"). He is interested on DDL and Luna, who were some of the big's cases, but wasn't really putting his money on them, and instead attacked Colin for making a weaksauce case on Speed who he says he townread, but is willing to change later if Colin explains his case.

Ok this isn't huge but it pinged me a little. Feels like flowery language by a baddie trying to show work.

I feel like I need to explain my day 1 actions.

I didn't have any decent suspects yesterday morning, and I don't really enjoy ISOing people and forcing myself to form suspects because that tends to cause confirmation bias. So I just voted to avoid sprityo's flaming death. Then I went to my roleplaying table.

I admit my activity yesterday was turd and people call me an hypocrite regularly for judging people even though I'm not doing much but I don't let that keep me from saying what's on my mind.

Sprityo looks worse after this day. It's one thing to murder an inactive day 1, it's another to use that as an excuse to avoid scumhunting them posting a bunch of salad after you execute said inactive.

That said my gut says you're town.

My town play and scum play are very different. DDL and novase can tell you. It should be very easy to spot.

Hahaha....some of us have responsibilities other than mafia. For instance, tine to start Histpry class. We are learning about the beginning of American Government...the kids are so excited!
I didn't like history when I first started learning it but my teachers made me change my mind fast. I think it was my strongest subject at school (except maybe English) and I'm an exact sciences guy.

I don't know how you are picking your curriculum but here is a tip that may or may not be applicable: focus on the politics involved in the events rather than on boring stuff like dates and names. Like, why the politicians did X and Y, who were the powers influencing each event, who wanted what in each period of the story. This makes the whole thing much more entertaining, because history is all about different powers colliding and backstabbing each other.
