They don't always happen (many games start on Day 1), but if there's a Day/Night 0 it's usually just for folks to check in and be aware the game exists.

Actually, sorry folks but I can't play. As of right this moment I am getting bombarded with end-of-semester bullshit, and there's no way I'll be able to play the game properly without also screwing all that up.
