I’ve never met psych people who are fans. I can get them behind big 5 trait tests though and there are strong correlations, so, I don’t know.
I'm not a fan of Big 5 either, though I dwell in the arena of cognitive science and am more psychology-adjacent. I view the entire field of personality psychology with a little derision. These kinds of things can still be fun though and that's what's most important. Folks don't often go around touting Myers-Briggs as science anyway.

I'll guess a close balance between ISFP and ESFP.

Lol, too bad he isn't a J. :p
I have been before.

I think my life so far has been a gradual journey toward ENTP-A. I've also changed a lot on the T-F scale with time.

Re: Myers-Briggs Personality Types

I took it too just to see if anything's changed. I seem to be veering closer and closer to the "E" spectrum according to the test.

Re: Myers-Briggs Personality Types

I believe my most recent result was INTP, which probably fits most of the time. I do think this brand of personality testing has limitations in that it describes a current state, meaning it can be quite fluid (and for me it has been -- I've gotten a number of different results at various stages of my life). I think the most useful application of tools like this is that they expose points of personal weakness, or at least of lacking focus. When I am labeled an "INTP", it just makes me want to explore the things that make me different from the opposite "ESFJ", and what I can do to cultivate a more well-rounded personality for myself.
