I want to say I genuinely did just give up with this game, I was so lost and really struggling. I could never decide in this game whether my role was overpowered or underpowered. Being invincible at night is incredible, and having zero control over my own vote during the day is so awful.

I guess it's healthy balance.

Suggestion for Syndicate brass:

If the all-civs-win condition complicates your annual champs prerequisites (by causing a massive game from hell), an alternative could be to turn it into a champs tournament and award all winners a spot in a qualifying game instead of a winner-take-all finale game. Those advancing to the final can be decided by a variety of mechanisms such a popular vote, win conditions in qualifiers, etc...

Something to chew on, I've obviously never participated in a Syndicate championship thing though.

I tried to get you lynched late because I roleblocked you the night when both factions failed a separate kill. I combined that with Strawhenge's vendetta (he also received a unique roleblock shot from the ACEOs and went after you when both bad teams failed to kill the same guy) and thought it was too big to be a coincidence.

Honesty time:

If I don't draw the Blind role I probably don't finish with so many posts -- not just because it ensured my survival but because it gave me a huge motive to inspire the bad guys to kill me. So I never stopped pounding.

A million thanks to MP and Sloonei for running an incredible game of Mafia and coordinating the cross-community theme. It couldn't possibly have turned out any better.

Not officially, but practically. The two mafia roles together would be a lot to overcome without a majority. I'm not sure whether we'd be mathematically eliminated like town would normally be in a 2 vs 2.

I've given my life to this game. Too much investment. Anything but victory will be hard to take.
