I enjoy being quiet as a host. I'll answer any questions that need answering, but beyond that I stay as far away from the action as I can. Most of the fun in hosting is in watching players try to crack the nut you've given them. The less you say, the harder they have to work.

Ditto for me as well. Once I'm dead I worry that even the simplest remark could influence a person somehow, so I keep quiet unless it's something completely off topic.

And I will always prefer faction wins to survivor wins. It's a badge of honor to be killed early in the game as a townie. Denying those players a share of the win is unfair.

I'll certainly be on the lookout.

I've never played an LC game.

I'm really curious to see what the banner for this game will look like (and I'm excited to display it ). I have to give sprityo some props for the theme. I've never seen a host invent an entire original world and story for their theme before. I was really impressed by that and it was a lot of fun to play in a game whose flavor was entirely unique to this mafia experience.

I was surprised that I almost weasled out of that lynch. I probably would have gotten beyond the beginning of the game otherwise (aside from speedchuck's role that is).

MP deserves some props. He subbed into this game late, had virtually no time to get caught up, but still managed to bring a clear head to the end-game lynch and made the right call. That was a lot of fun to watch.

To be fair, we all had the advantage of seeing the irony of that post. To someone who was still in the game there was no reason to read into that post at all. But you're right, it was extremely frustrating to look at it just sitting there.

This was a very amusing game to watch from an informed position.

I coined a new term in my head during this game: Quinfoil.

I protected Golden the night I died. So I was the kill outright.

I was suspicious of him, but figured if he was town he should be the kill target that night. So if I had survived the night I was gonna go after him.

I'm really glad I jumped into this game. I couldn't pass up a game with all these HCRealmsers and Strawhenge. All you newcomers are excellent to play with. I hope to see you all in more games to come.

Fredwood, you had me completely fooled. Speedchuck, you played a great town game for someone who wasn't town.

And I could not look away for a second during this last day phase. That was a beautifully played end game from all you folks. Kudos.

CliffNotes reasons to suspect Long Con: he claimed to have given me the gun on Night 2 after I had moved my focus onto him, despite there being no strong in-thread evidence to suggest I was on his townie radar at that point, and some evidence which even suggests I wasn't. I also have doubts that the gun was the gift of an individual player. Combine that with the fact of Jay's night 2 results: Long Con targeted no one. It looks like Long Con just pulled saved himself from being shot by lying through his teeth. Or fingers. Whatever.
I think he's bad and I think Soneji is bad too. Quin or Golden might be, I don't wish to offer a read on them right now though.

The Sorcha stuff early was some weird tinfoil but no real hard ping. I'm still not caught up but as of now, nothing has really struck me as particularly scummy with Quin.

I find this hard to believe coming from a guy who never town reads anybody.

My vote is on Soneji. I think Long Con is a good suspect, and my initial feeling today was that one of Quin or Jack was bad. I haven't really had a scum read on Quin, but he's someone I'd be looking into if I had time.

That's already a degree of corroboration not seen with a few other claims. It clashes with my tracking of LC on the same night, but Sloonei has a gun. If LC is mafia, one of his teammates is an inventor/gifter, not him.

I forgot about your tracking results/thought you were bluffing again.

I am skeptical of his claim to have given me a gun because it came long after I had announced my gun and while I was pointing it in his face. I don't think it's out of the question that I got this from the Night 2 vote and that "Corrupted Jury" is some sort of euphemism for a gun.
