On top of that Ender was a powerful town and getting pushed means there is a credible threat of going down. giving his role could be him being wolf and trying to save his bacon. It could be he is town and trying to make sure he gets another night to use his power.

The timing of epi’s claim is very much in line with how i think a 3p would respond to the situation.

I hurt both sides somewhat but don't stop either from achieving their win conditions. My present stance is to kill mafia because that is more fun for me. I believe it would be an extremely powerful play to have Master radishes peep Tutuu and see what roles targeted her N1. You’d gain a ton of info on the mech of the game that way.
