Those were the only two. We were the most gleefully self-destructive baddies ever, I think. If BR hadn't come after me the Day she did (and had I not been insanified), we were going to nightkill me anyway, after I gave a final "infodrop-seeming" rainbow list. Like Spacedaisy did, actually - I was so upset that she upstaged me by basically doing the same thing first, except, you know, hers was honest. I had been dropping supersubtle hints about being an info role, and I was going to slam it home before my big death scene.

And yeah, we did it to get cred, and we were thrilled when it worked on you at first (yes we saw your post of trust in MM and loved it!). We wanted to keep you around because you could have been MM's saving grace, PLUS we knew we couldn't lynch you. Dom, did the blackmail give you any indication at all that I was Civ to you? Just wondering how some of our plans turned out, it got soured by Edith's message against me. It worked a little on Scotty, what were your thoughts on me at the time?

And Metalmarsh didn't quite tell our Night 2 plan right, we withheld the kill in order to try and fool Mary Crawley, the roleblocker, into thinking she had successfully blocked a kill. Polo, did that work on you at all? We killed Polo the next night, so he had only Day 3 to possibly react, unfortunately. Polo voted Lorab that day, was she his Night 2 blocking target?

Yippee! I did not think Mafia would kill their own, so that was a surprise. I still thought in the back of my mind that either Epi or ika was the other baddie, but knew Mm was the safer bet.

When he hinted at surviving his lynch, he tipped his hand to me because that was my role. So thanks for that, Mm. I also wasn't worried about being blackmailed because for some reason I thought you could only blackmail someone with a night power. But eh, worked out in the end.

When ika and I were bad, we flipped out on each other in BTSC. I don't recall him having a meltdown in the thread. The biggest point against him is the Silverwolf kill, but in the last game, he tried to pin it on a teammate. ika hasn't tried to bus anybody so far (i.e., his accusations have all been civilian, if you count me).

This makes sense. I just wish he were more involved.

If ika is bad, it will forever be known that he will throw a tantrum to get what he wants if he is scum, and if he does it again, he will probably be lynched out of principle.

That's what I was asking. Thank you for clarifying. And yes, you're correct. Wilgy was Day 4. I call them protectors, not doctors. That's terribly confusing since there is an actual Doctor in the roles.

In that case I would have used his name- Wilgy- not just Doctor. It's like calling me Otty. Rhymes with potty.

My point still stands though, and tack on Wilgy to that. Wilgy, llama, and DFaraday were powerful civ roles and the others are not as tactical, IMO. So soap slinger is not as necessary.

I keep revisiting Wilgy's vouch for you Day 2, worried sick that he just said that for the hell of it and didn't actually check you. I am only forced to consider that because of the sub-par civilian play I've witnessed (llama calling me bad, Wilgy calling Nerolunar bad, etc.). If you are bad, no one will lynch you because of Wilgy calling you good Day 2, and I could be lynched for thellama73 calling me bad Day 6/7. Either way, the civilians lose because of poor use of the civilian roles and poor play in general.

Consider this scenario: I am bad with Illyria. That means, on the day Sorsha got lynched, I sacrificed the role checker at the last minute to save the blackmailer or the blocker, but Sorsha was trying to sacrifice the blackmailer or the blocker. Do you think (considering I am on the team), I would have us be more resolute in orchestrating the preservation of the role we wanted to keep? And believe it or not, my priority would have been to maintain the role checker to continue to prioritize kill choices.
The short answer is: yes, I wouldn't put it past you to have done that for civ Cred. It's unlikely, but possible.

Because while the role checker is a great benefit to Mafia, the immediate need for her is now passed- what with the Doctor and lie detector gone.

The LC NK is just a bizzare choice all around, and you would definitely be someone that I could see doing that to throw everyone off.
