Re: [DAY 9] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
I have shown an interest, however I will admit it does fade when my reads are discounted or just swept away. I've more or less gone with the crowd though I've made my own reads and cases as well as pushed lynches. I did go agaisnt the Fuzz lynch and look where that got me? Spending mulitply phases fighting off people trying to lynch me.Epignosis wrote:sig, you've shown no interest in figuring out who is a cop. A. appearing
B. Making a jokey claim
C. Making a serious claim that could easily be countered (If you don't think it was a joke)
Also I can't show my own crumbs that wouldn't be very sportsmanlike. But, there are a few, someone called me out on it.

I've been saying forever Ika was the seemer, he flipped as the stool pigeon. I suspect the mafia believed that they had gotten the other stool pigeon. Recall the one night their kills failed? I think they thought they had hit one of the pigeons, targeted the same player again a different night to remove them from the game, then had Ika flip as that role.Black Rock wrote:Ummm... unless the seemer has indeed been lynched I am going to have to rethink my TH theory... Oops I forgot Llama was dead. Scratch that Llama read.
@509 I did make a case on Sloonie, it hasn't really changed. I don't think he has contributed much as a civ, I believe he attempted to divert the CFD away from Fuzz and onto Matt a civ, in an attempt to save Matt. His post CFD behavior was also mafiaish imo.
Also if we want to talk warden wifom, putting me a civ most likely to be lynched in red as well as Sloonie a mafia member who wasn't close to getting lynched in red could later be used to defend sloonie.

I am banking on the seemer being eliminated just on probability. If not, this becomes significantly more difficult. The next two names I am considering are Dom and Elohcin, but neither of those cases thrills me. If I'm wrong about Quin then I'm probably going to take that mistake with me to the grave at this point. I can still perhaps see a viable pairing of sig with Epignosis, so that's something to consider moving forward too. I am not interested in voting for Scotty, Sloonei, Turnip Head, Black Rock, or S~V~S.
We want the four cops?
Chaindeath
Nero
Epi
Llama
I still think Sloonie could be a cop, which is why he is still alive. However, that is never going to gain any traction.

Nah I'm not mafia. I bet the mafia are among those you read as town and they are having a nice laugh in BTSC. I did waffle on Quin yup. I've been playing for self preservation, to call Quin scummy means that I see what I did during the CFD as scummy. Plus Quin used his votes to save me.Prisoner 509378 wrote:I'm motivated again. The hell with Boomslang. There are enough people left to trust that the baddies cannot hide. It's over, cops. Die die die.

However, if either of us are mafia it is him. Think about it, why would he waste his votes to save me? It is since I captured the attention of the thread and let the baddies pass unnoticed.
UMMMM HELLLO IF ANYONE IS THE WARDEN IT IS EPI!
this just came to me, the wording the rainbow list itself. Who never ever ever does rainbow lists? Who refuses to do rainbow lists? Epi. Thus it would make perfect sense for a sock Epi to make a rainbow list.
Also I thought I was the seemer?

The warden is most likely Epi.

Re: [DAY 7] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
I framed it bad the first time, I was trying to correct my wording. I understand what you're saying, BUT what I'm saying is that there is no reason for the mafia to go out of their way to out and arrest the hitman. At least if I was mafia I wouldn't as the seemer do that.Sloonei wrote:Sloonei wrote:Sig has remained silent since this post, so I'm bumping it again.Sloonei wrote:@ sig: But that's not how you phrased it at all. You went as far as to say "as of right now...", which strongly implies that you are referring to things specific to the prior night phases in This Game. Also that role is less of a risk to townies in this game because it requires unanimous and anonymous support from multiple town players in order to perform a kill. It's not like it's just a lone townie making kills every night. Two townies have to agree on a target without even knowing each other's identities. I don't think the hitmen pose much of a risk/threat to the town. If they did, we'd have more than one townie dead at their hands.
I am confused about your response to my question. It does not even come close to matching your original statement. Why the inconsistency?
Could someone explain the DDL is seemer thing? In theory they could pick a secret role then make it up yes? However, his role seems like alot of thought was put into it.

So Epi said if he was the seemer he would flip as the hitman, drawing out the hitman so the mafia could kill them. He said this since a town with a kill power is more dangerous to the mafia. I disagree, I think a town vig can be more dangerous to the town then they would be to the mafia. Sorry for the misunderstanding.Sloonei wrote:sig wrote:Contesting would be against the rules though wouldn't it?Epignosis wrote:I would pick hitman and draw out a hitman. What makes you say the stool pigeon is a role the seemer would choose?
Also as off right know the hitmen have done more damage to the civs then the mafia. So while I see your point and it could be true, I don't think getting to deep into who the seemer might have flipped as should be done. I will stand by my claim that Ika is the seemer though.

Because reasons.Prisoner 509378 wrote:Based on what?sig wrote:Ika is the seemer, I'm almost certain of that.

a few points.
1, He was super scummy
2. SW thought he was 100% mafia
3. SW thinks he is seemer
4. SW is killed
5. he acted like a super emotional mafia
6. Stool pigeon is a role that the seemer would be more likely to use.
7. Why would SW be so sure, I think she was the role he flipped as.

I don't feel like it, Epi doesn't do rainbow lists or GTH why should I play his games?
I'd either lynch Epi or boom it would be a toss up.

Ika is the seemer, I'm almost certain of that. How am I griping?Prisoner 509378 wrote:I don't. Is your head spinning yet?sig wrote:This really does boil down to whether you believe Ika is the seemer.
That's the basis of the argument for and against you in a nutshell. WOULD HE OR WOULDN'T HE? Your recent gripes at me smell like someone who really believed in ika as a seemer though.sig wrote:I also wouldn't have defended Fuzz nearly as much if I was mafia :P
I'd be down with a Boom lynch.
Lynch SIG! SWITCH IT TO SIG. Idk don';t see the point in this.

True in Dune I didn't however seeing as how I'm civ here I wouldn't talk about mafia at all. :PPrisoner 509378 wrote:I checked Dune and this both, and you barely even talked about any of your team mates.sig wrote:Bullets over Broadway my first scum game and first TS game might be better?
This really does boil down to whether you believe Ika is the seemer. IF you do I'm a civ who shouldn't be lynched if you don't well I'm still a civ, but ti would make slightly more sense for you to be for my lynch. I did vote for Ika twice, pushed for his lynch, ect which I'd never do to a teammate. I also wouldn't have defended Fuzz nearly as much if I was mafia :P

Re: [DAY 7] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
MM who died quite early, TH though none of us knew he was on our team. And a super lurker named Luke . Note for that game I wouldn't have been lynched except for night actions on me and was almost civ cleared when I flipped.Prisoner 509378 wrote:In the Dune game, who were your baddie team mates?sig wrote:It would be Star Wars, but I didn't become a baddie until mid game, besides that last my baddie games was Zodic (where everyone was bad). the last full baddie game I had here would be Dune I think?Prisoner 509378 wrote:sig, what was your last game as a baddie on The Syndicate? How often/hard did you distance from your team mates?
I'm very good with distancing and not drawing connections to my teammates. It has been a skill I've possessed since my first baddie game. So I'd say I often distance myself from my teammates. Sometimes I won't do this, but my meta is usually distancing, yet not bussing. I don't like to bus teammates unless it is obvious they are going to get lynched.

Re: [DAY 7] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
Ah I thought there was five my bad.Prisoner 509378 wrote:sig wrote:Well there are only three left? Fuzz and Ika so that leaves three if we say he is the seemer. Which would be Epi, Boomslang, and maybe Th not sure on him.
There are six cops.
Why are you suspicious of Epignosis?
I was suspicious of Epi fairly early in the game for him refusing to get on any big wagons both day 1 and day 2. Including Fuzz/Ika Day three (I believe) He suddenly with no reasoning or explanation decided I was bad, and have been tunneling on me with no case ever since. IF Ika and Fuzz are both scum it would explain why he didn't vote for either. ALSO if he is scum it would explain why a counterwagon never formed around him when Ika/Fuzz were up and about to be lynched.
Also Sw said Ika was scum and Epi tried very hard to discredit her imo. This was done in an attempt to save Ika. I believe the mafia killed SW for two reasons. One the believed she would go after Epi one of them and two she would push the seemer theory which would help break open the game.
