I think Dom was the first player that was in need of replacement. I think I remember Epi saying that at some point in the thread.

Let's say Wilgy, Nova, and Dom are the remaining baddies. Marmot is lynched...the last of the participating baddies. Wilgy suddenly decides..."shit, I gotta start talking in the thread now." Dom is finally replaced (with Mac). Wilgy thinks...I will put a vote on him right away to make people think Mac has entered as a civ and not a my baddie teammate.

Am I crazy, or does that sound likely?

No but really I see JOH and Speedchuck are unanimous town reads so I would appreciate a cliffnotes as to why so I can get out of this tunnel.

Jack has been a consistent town read for me since.... fairly early. mostly due to tone. Speedchuck was a nullread until yesterday when he changed his mind about marmot, which put him slightly more towards good, in my mind.

Jack I think is probably town. Speed is in a gray area but leaning town.

I think there's room for tinfoil. That's what it'd be though, especially in Jack's case -- tinfoil. If you state in clear terms why you're in the tunnel, then we can more easily decide whether it's warranted (and if it's not then try to pull you out).

The best look for both of them at present, as I see it, is coming around on my Marmot case last day phase after needing thorough convincing and going through with that lynch instead of a much easier Wilgy lynch. That credit is diminished some if Wilgy is also mafia. In Jack's case you can also consider the full breadth of his effort, his rage against Simon, and I also thought his enthusiasm at Kyle's resurrection looked authentic.

after seeing what's happened recently i feel pretty okay with how the votes are placed. I think the Simon dunya pairing makes sense. Dunya has also used the emote in like every post she's made since returning which I know is circumstantial but it's fucking me up. I've never seen her use it before.

You can't hide your vote in a train you created on someone you claim is on his team no less. That would just be confusing to do considering all the players you lumped together.

I think what MIGHT have happened is Speed and Dunya are teammates with Jack, possibly Simon and railroaded Simon to save those two from a three way tie. Or Simons a civ who wont defend himself anyway.

I think you're doing a good job here regardless of your alignment, especially in the last day.

Dunya and I are just out to catch some (in universe) no good baddies that are trying to kill us or our friends. Or we're pretending to do so. Nobody wants you gone for any reason except maybe you're killing our friends or maybe you'd make a good fall person so we can get away with killing everyone else. Nobody is upset with you on a personal level and I'm sorry if I came across as rude.
