This actually makes a lot of sense. I have a feeling though with a potential mechanic like this, there wouldn't a Mafia faction but Independant Killers (2?, 3?). Otherwise, it would be really difficult to get rid of us with 1 conditional faction kill per night with only 7 nights.

Putting myself back in the timeline of FWWM after the first game, I would think the goal here is to save Laura. Since we don't know the roles, I don't know if it's something much simpler like just somehow getting rid of Jacques or Leo or whatever. I'm approaching this as a puzzle, though, and I'm not sure this game is as much about finding "baddies" as fulfilling very specific conditions (what with no lynches and whatever).

I think there will probably be an element of "finding baddies" in that there will certainly be baddies in the game. It's just not so much lynching them, at least today. For now I am just going to try to survive. The lynch poll is generally the best place to start looking for clues and we have a poll so hence why I am presuming that there is motivation for the scum to use it to their benefit, otherwise day 1 would just be pointless without a lynch.

You probably tried to lure Long Con to 86 him because as you say, he is capable of breaking the game, and that wouldn't benefit you. You also probably wanted Jay far away so that Jay wouldn't get wise to it. Nutella is likely an unfortunate bystander.

If Jay tries to follow me to the Palmer House I am going to go somewhere else and hopefully nobody follows. I have no interest in hanging out with any strange Twin Peaks looking motherfuckers at night in this game. You can have your game experience of spending time with one another. Right now my gut is telling me to stay away from everybody.
