Great game everyone! I take at least partial responsibility for the baddie loss here, I wasn't shit-flingy enough and as the game went on I became more transparent. As soon as I was role-blocked on my last night I had a feeling we were going down, and then when bea was blocked the next night as well, sure enough. Good job civs and fellow teammates!

Eloh, I've at least provided the courtesy of explaining why I think you're bad. I don't think you've done the same for me. You going from thinking that I am a civ that has been tunneling you all game to thinking that I'm a baddie all of a sudden, felt extremely unnatural and unwarranted. Care to elaborate on that thought process?

Elohcin, if you are civ (which I don't think you are) and you got some kind of info on me that I am bad, then it was incorrect info. I, madam, am civ.

Wilgy should know that I enjoy being bad more than good and that I have more fun feigning the supatown role as a baddie. So I find it amusing that Wilgy is the one who - out of fuck-nowhere - is pushing for my lynch the hardest. Eloh, who has consistently perceived me as a tunneling townie has also - out of fuck-nowhere - concluded that I'm bad as well. Draw your own conclusions.

I have been a lurky shit lately, and I apologize. Town deserves better, and the baddies do as well, if for no other reason that they should have a challenge.

Elohcin is bad. I don't know how many times in how many different ways for how many different reasons I have to say it, but she is. She asked me to look through her post history while expelling the notion that she is bad, the idea being my tunneling of her be voided so I could have a clean slate to observe her posts from. And nope. She still looked bad. Maybe I don't have enough experience voiding such notions to actually look through it objectively, but I don't see any other possibility. All of her posts - literally - all of her posts...are either disingenuous, manipulative, opportunistic, waffly, or a combination. I still do not understand why she wasn't lynched Day 1 as well as any other day. With the exception of Scotty who we only got through process of elimination, no other lynch has been successful, and now I'm the civ that gets to die because no one will listen to reason. People will say that they're going to look at people and that they need to consider all options and every day consistently throughout the game that hasn't happened. Follow through with what you intend to do. And yes, I know I'm in no position to make that criticism. I would like to say that my lack of contributions are owed completely to me being occupied with being in another game (in which I have also been lurking like hell) but that wouldn't be completely true. I don't feel like I've had a voice in this game and that the mafia has kept me alive because they know that I suck ass at convincing anyone to go with what I suggest. Or they've kept me alive because I'm wrong and they like my consistency. I don't know. What I do know is that time and time again with this game, town has been sucking. Badly. There has been zero communication and in its place just a load of bickering and "why not" mentality leading to mislynch after mislynch. And make no mistake, I include myself in this criticism. But it still stands nonetheless and for a while now it's been a chicken or the egg type deal, in that I don't know if I gave up because I feel like everyone else has or if everyone else has because I have. Either way, it's frustrating.

And don't misinterpret this as my last statement before I go back into hiding. Fuck that. I'll be here to answer any questions anyone has about me or my actions and lack thereof throughout the game. You already know who I think we should lynch but for whatever reason that isn't going to happen.

Why are you convinced that it's encyclopedic fact that Eloh is civ? I've been asking people why they think she's town this whole game and I still haven't gotten a response that's more than "eh, she just seems town" and that kind of thing. And that's fine and all, but speaking in these absolutes is disconcerting. Saying that she isn't bad is whatever, that could just mean that you're confident about her being civ. But saying that I was incorrect on four occasions to vote for her...that's suspect.

Because of this, I won't vote for Sorsha today. While I appreciate your effort to analyze the votes, I think your motive for doing so may be anti-town. It seems like more of a defense of Eloh disguised as a call to vote for Sorsha. I realize a post can have more than one point, but it reads to me like you want this post to seem like it's mainly focusing on Sorsha when I feel like it's main purpose is to prevent an Eloh lynch.

And an Eloh lynch is really overdue.

I like it, but I'm more convinced that Elohcin is bad. I have been the entire game.

I like how Elohcin is claiming that no matter what she does I will still suspect her (even though she hasn't even come close to defending herself once in the entire game) even though that's the attitude she's gone out of her way to apply to you. I don't buy it.

I suspect S~V~S often for a number of reasons, but soft defenses isn't one of them. Is that really what has earned her five votes or is there more to it?

Another day, another vote for Elohcin.

After two kills of silent players in a row, I'm way more suspicious of anyone who takes issue with comments about killing off the silent players than the people commenting about killing off the silent players themselves. What I mean by that is that it makes more sense to me that mafia would do this so that they could fish for comments like Scotty's (a perfectly natural and accurate statement about the game) and call it suspicious because they can pull out the "you planned this so you could say this" card. I don't get why so many players started reading Elohcin as civ out of nowhere.

In my reading of the thread from start to finish, I have to disagree here.

Eloh is one of my strongest town reads.

Eloh actively asked questions of like every major thing that happened. She wasn't pushing an agenda. She was inquiring and asking questions.

I'm up in the air about lots of peeps at this point - and some is predicated by apparent vouching - but as far as actual in thread stuff goes? Yup. Eloh is totes town.

Okay. Elohcin was fucking saved. You've got everyone who voted for indiglo out of nowhere for no reason, you've got MP who switched his vote from indiglo to Epi while still advocating that indiglo would be a better lynch than Eloh when keeping his vote on indiglo would have put indiglo at the lead at the time, (waffly, just a little bit waffly that is...just a tiny bit) you've got Scotty's vote for MP with reasons he couldn't seem to decide, and my personal favorite of them all, you've got Long Con going from his Elohcin vote to saying that he won't accept an Elohcin lynch and then switching to Scotty, effectively sealing indiglo's lynch. So the Elohcin lynch doesn't happen in favor of - surprise - a mislynch. A mislynch of a player that wasn't even talked about as suspicious before very near the end of the day and didn't arrive until it was practically too late to defend against the "thin air" (as she accurately put it) that her mislynch was. I especially loved it when MP asked for indiglo to give him content - when she was already trying to catch up and respond to his non-case - less than ten minutes before the day ended. I think indiglo hit the nail on the head right here:

In case you don't know, I am married to Elohcin. She's not bad. She's fooled me once in three years. The end.

I don't like relying on that, because she has become a better player, but I'll not see her lynched over bullshit. So yeah, I'm sticking my neck out for her. Civilians need to recognize that I'm good, she's good, and I get the impression that someone else know she's good, and I also believe someone else knows I'm not a killer.
