I think Marco is going by NF.
That's who we're nominating, I do believe. WPK's like me, we prefer role-madness to vanilla/generic 'purity'.

If they do a Faves-level role-madness Champions game, I'll come out of retirement for that shit. I just can't be bothered to get it up for the generic games.

Also, what's RYM?

This is the 6th year in a row we've held this game, sometimes considered the 'Super Bowl' of forum mafia. And this year, it's hosted by me. That means I can personally guarantee it will have the most advanced, badass, and complex roles in a large-scale madness game you've ever seen.

Last year it was co-hosted by your very own Dragon D. Luffy, so he can vouch for its fun factor and unpredictability.

The scope looks to be about 70 players, but it can handle many more.

The reason the signups go up this early, is because the role idea comes from you, the player, and then I research the subject matter and create the role myself between now and Summer. If you're at all curious about how this works, just click that link and read the posts. It's an institution on Naruto Forums, and almost every year has players from other sites joining in.

Be warned though, this is about as far from a vanilla game as it possibly gets in the world of mafia. If you're unable to properly play the game when you also have to think about a complicated role, or analyze the actions of others, this probably will be too advanced for you. (If you can play day-chess and night-chess, as the old-timers say, this will be a lot of fun for you)

But I have all the patience in the world for players who are low on skill/experience, but high on enthusiasm. I'll help you with any questions you may have. I'm Law there as well, so don't be shy.

Thanks for your time!
Shameless.

First year of the Champions game, Tom and thingyman asked me to play-- but I turned them down, because I didn't have the time, and nominated Soneji (WPK) to go in my place.

Do you guys have an idea who you'll send this year?
