Your wellness levels will fluctuate in several ways as the game progresses. Just like when you're deciding between a salad or 4 delicious-looking muffins.

As for end of phases, I'm probably going to be ending them around 11p-midnight, depending on my time zone. This may be slightly inconvenient to some of you, and I apologize, but most of my time comes at the end of work, which happens to be close to 11p. I'll make that abundantly clear at the start of each phase.
