Hi RYM Players 
I will be your "Mod on Duty" for this game. Since you are mostly new to us, I will outline the MOD's functions a bit for you.
I will serve as a combination concierge/Advice Columnist/Cop for this game, the whole game. I am here to answer questions about general site rules and mechanics, about our culture if you see people saying or doing confusing things, and to listen to your complaints if you should have any. I operate via PM, not in the thread. So if you have questions on Jargon, etc., feel free to ask me
We prefer that people do NOT air complaints in the thread, and that they do NOT complain to the host about non game mechanics issues. If it is a question of how or why your ROLE did or did not work, you ask the hosts, MP07 & Sloonei. Other than that you should feel free to ask me. If someone says or does something that upsets you, do not vent to the thread, vent to me. We try our best to moderate behind the scenes so games don't get broken by drama. Because who loves drama? No One.
If I feel that someone seems upset, I may reach out to them to make sure they are OK, and to see if there is anything I can do to help.
Just a quick overview of our site guidelines; In the interest of fostering an atmosphere of fun and good sportsmanship, the Syndicate does not tolerate the use of racial or ethnic slurs, homophobic language, or personal attacks designed to demean or abuse others based on arbitrary characteristics. Be friendly and use good judgment, and we will all get along fine. Respect your peers, and respect the hosts. Most important, remember that I LOVE hearing people complain. Tell me, not the thread.
