No way Jose~I am just a shitty typist. I have said Black Rock about 50 times, and plan to say it one hell of a lot more; she voted for Nutella and didnot say it even once. Not the same thing.

OK, I am looking forward to discussing our mutual Black Rock suspicion with Zebra. Perhpas we can come to an accord while neither of us are insanified.

I still think Nutella & Black Rock were partners.

And Black Rock it was a game at Lostpedia. Maybe Heroes? It might be memorable to you since LC was also on our team. That was the game you told me never to mention teammates, it was bad form. It was only my second baddie game. And I have not had bad BTS with you in a long time, other than Fight Club; I don't recall being aware that you don't throw people under the bus.

So I still kinda think you threw her under the bus

LC, while I am pretty sure I HAVE seen her bus someone, it also was something when I was first learning to play that I always remember; BR was the one who told me to avoid mentioning my teammates.

I could be wrong. But it is still what I think. And yeah, I lost my shit mainly becasue I was defending against something impossible to defend against, the "slip", and I was frustrated and annoyed, tbh, more so that the meta thing. The meta thing is what put you on my radar. Different thing, although they intetwined a bit.

Do you think BR would give up a recruiting role for a bit of civ cred?

Also, was someone silenced D2? Is anybody silenced now?
Maybe everyone is sucking Mimis fingers

And yeah, I know, re the civ cred. But it's a hard feel to shake. She did not mention Nutella at all until she voted for her. Once she even quotes someone else bullet list referencing her & Nutella, and rather than actually typing out "Nutella" she highlighted the section of text referring to Nutella that she replied to. When she voted for her, she even just said "LA", her old LP moniker. It was a weird extreme avoidance of saying "Nutella" that got my attention, and made me look harder.

I mean, I totally could be misinterpreting. But looking at who could be Nutellas partner, it points to her or Faraday, and the way he came in here inexplicably linking Nutella to Scotty was just waaaaay too nubbish to my eyes. And if their recruit did not go through, there is only one of them. Not only would getting rid of Mimi ensure one group of civs win cons, it would make it harder for the other bad team to blend.

Who do you think may have been Nutellas partner?

Sigh, you are trying to read into things way more than there is. I didn't kill Scotty. I wouldn't have ever touched him with a ten foot pole. Not after him mentioning my name for no reason I ever saw from him. You're right about me not pouting over your vote, I had no time when I saw it and later I was worried about making the right vote and focused on other things because I don't feel like I have to focus attention on you at this moment. If I were bad I probably would have ignored your vote, but it did sting.

I am not going to apologize for any reaction towards Zebra that may be over the top. I read Zebras post as her going around the room and slapping everyone in the face. We're just different people, I may be reacting too sensitively.

My daughter got accepted into four colleges so far and she got into the one she wanted. I cried so hard happy and sad tears. I can't believe how fast time moves. I'm just telling the world cause I'm so proud of her.
That's great! What is she going for?

And I know it is all WIFOM & *feels*, BR.This is how I play. I read posts and my suspicions are based on how they make me feel.

And I actually agree with you about Scotty; I don't think you would try to kill him, either. I was trying to see if anyone reacted to the point that I was implying, which is that you were Gay Parade (I actually think you are Nutellas partner). While I think it is important to get both bad teams, I think that eliminating one team will make it harder for the other to hide as easily, and since it would appear that Nutellas recruit is unlikely to have gone through, then there is only one Coquelicot baddie is left.

And I do think it is you.

Although at the time it annoyed the living day lights out of me, Zebras baddie slip-a-thon really did produce a lot of discussion. Nutella went into lockstep behindher, and I think you were leaving yourself some wiggle room to jump in and drop that vote.

On the fence on this potential slip. SVS is a very defensive person. She often compares her game... when bad. :ponder: Seriously though, on the fence.

This post is the definition of wishy washy. It would look like someone who is waiting to see if this is going to gain momentum and if you can safely join that wagon. This is the one I saw that made me see why he might find you suspect in this whole scenario. I can't speak to why your first post made him think whatever he thought, but this one that stood out to me.

That said, I don't see anything else that would convince me to vote for you. I don't know that this is a baddie tell really or a cautious civ, so no stress about me voting you anytime soon.
I totally agree with Daisy on this post (except for the part about not voting for you, I am gonna vote for you).

You never mentioned Nutella at all before you voted for her. You mentioned Typh quite a few times before voting for him.

I don't know if I am going to get any traction with this since I am unlikley to be able to post much until afer work, but I have to do it.

Spacedaisy wrote:That is not the baddie team I expected her to flip. This means I am wrong about either DFaraday or Long Con being her teammate. My bet is Long con right now. His early vote on her looked like an attempt to distance the crap out of something that was probably a lost cause. The thing that makes me suspect him right now was his response to my question regarding what he thought of her. Looked like a soft defense if ever I saw one.

Additionally, according to the role they can recruit someone who they insanity once in the game? Have we seen anyone other than MM insanified? If not this would be bad news for MM, as I would think they would want to get that recruit in as soon as possible since she has been a suspect since Day 0. My question is, why would Enrique create a role that outs itself though? Seems a bit imbalanced.

I'll admit I have not read well over the last page or so, I'll try to read it either when I get done posting or tomorrow morning.

DFaraday is not off my suspect list, but it was mainly based on what looked to me like an attempt to make Nutella look like an Indy when it didn't make sense. But going on read alone of their responses, I suspect LC a lot more. That said, DF coming in and saying he "would have voted Nutella" does nothing for my read. I dunno, I'm open to thoughts from everyone. I still think at least one of these two is bad.

Also, I think I could really use a protection tonight, please and thanks!
MM & Made are both insanified~ more than one role can do it. There is also this guy:
Detective Dullight:
In his brain there are file cabinets and secretaries filing their nails downstairs.
Searches for Coquelicot players every night. If his target is a member of The Gay Parade, they will become insanified. If his target is from Coquelicot, Detective Dullight will learn their alignment and become insanified himself.
Also the Gay Parade kills tonight, not Nutellas team, but a civ is a civ to baddies I guess.

I personally do not suspect either Dana or Faraday of being Nutellas partner. Dana sounded very sincere & clear in her thought processes, even if I disagree with them. When pushed on her thoughts, she stood with them and did not really scramble. Faraday, while always blendy, is a really smart guy, and has been playing a long time. He knows better than to come skidding into the thread like he did after Scottys death with the "OMG he must be an Indy and so is...NUTELLA!" if he were her partner.

I need to read back a few people, I should have time to do so later today.

Because you know that isn't true. Way to make this about me and you when it's really just about you. Have you given up playing the game at all just because I suspect you? Why do you insist that everything revolves around my initial suspicion of you from your association with Scotty? If someone tunnels the shit out of me that doesn't make me give up and stop contributing to the scum-hunting effort, and I don't think it's like you to do this either. You're using the implication that you are Scotty's teammate to pretend that all suspicion against you only derives from that when you and everyone else knows that that isn't the case.

If you really believe that nothing you could say will change my mind, why do you continue to focus only on what I'm doing and who I'm voting for as opposed to the many other things currently going on in the game that you could be focusing on instead? Even if your completely baseless and downright insultingly hypocritical claim that I'm not listening to what you're saying was true, (which it isn't) that just means that it makes even less sense to act the way you've been acting. Most of what you've said today could've been said in red or blue font and that's a little unnerving, you know?
I am not focusing on you. I voted for someone without mentioning you, engaged in the Skyguy/Boulders thing. I did not bring you up. I am trying to talk about other things. When is the last time YOU talked about someone not me or Scotty?

When you are in "Full Editor"mode, you will see a button called "OT". That will color your text green. This way people with limited game time don't have to read posts not related to the game.

Thank You :)
but these posts are related to the game, we're in the same game together
We're all in the game together, but if I start talking about a conversation I had with someone unrelated to THIS thread, it would be off topic. Please help us out here, OK?

Re: [DAY 2] Mafia of Montreal: A Variety of Whimsical Murder

I did not expect that.

I voted for Black Rock as I am not sure how much time I have this weekend, as a tribute to Scotty, since she was his suspect. I am not as sure I see it, but plan to reread her. I forgot about no vote changes.

From most scummy to least scummy, of course.
Common phrase, you're at the bottom of my list means you are barely even on my list. Top of my list are people I suspect most. I don't list my most trusted, actually, as a rule of thumb.

It seems like the most obvious solution is that Scotty is a Repudiated Immortal. And even though I have nothing to support this idea, I suspect that Nutella is the other member and Scotty kept saying he suspected her so that people wouldn't draw a connection between them.

At the moment, I'm most suspicious of the people who voted LC for no particular reason (i.e., all of them).
I had a reason. What makes you think I did not?

And Scotty, while on the one hand yay for no death, especially if you are someone in my civ group, on the other I was hoping to get a sense of direction from your death. Either you flipped bad, and I got my affairs in order, or you didn't and the baddie slip theory could fade into oblivion where it belongs, but alas. But if Faradays theory is correct, and it makes sense, hopefully that puts paid to that.

Although he seems to think Nutella is the other one, and didn't she buy into the baddie slip theory? So that bit is kinda shaky.

But congrats on living Scotty
Hey thanks, SVS! ;airguitar:

I think both are valid theories. I guess we should probably lynch Nutella tomorrow and find out.

Also. Still down for killing Typh tonight since he just called me a nub?
No, not on night one. Maybe tomorrow.

Re: [NIGHT 1] Mafia of Montreal: A Variety of Whimsical Murd

So that would apply to any of the Scotty voters, right?

And LC JUST HOSTED bad me in two games, he knows my bad game real well. I guess I could intentionally freak out & say stupid stuff to throw him off, but Occams Razor tells me that I am acting like a blundering idiot becasue I am a blundering idiot.

Linki, I could give a fuck if you vote. I want to be proved right.
I have mistaken your aggression in World Reborn for defensiveness.

My apology.

I'm still voting you tomorrow if Scotty comes up bad. :)
Well, don't blame me if I call you names for that (and i willl, count on it)
