He was only 12 I think, and his parents kinda pushed him into it iirc. I would think that the least appealing thing in the world when you're 12 is playing party games online with your parents, lol.

This could not be farther from the case. We frequently go over to their house and play board games. Ty loves playing games with his parents, I think he just had difficulty making the leap from party/board game to online game.
