I want to apologize for not being on top of my game. Being sick for a whole week was legit, and it put me way behind. Behind enough to get LC to waste a Cop Check on my sorry butt. :P

I'm new here, but a lot of it is meta. Read some of Marmot here, then read some of him in Phenon.

I see earnest effort in this game, an attempt to take the game seriously, a good bit of genuine content. When I look through his posts, I get a happy face.

When he was scum, I got none of that. He didn't take the game seriously enough for me to read him.

So it's part meta-read, and part me having no reason to suspect Marmot. What reasons should I have for suspecting him?

The question is, mainly, if I should throw Golden or JJJ in to replace Dizzy. It doesn't feel like I should, based on interactions and metareads.
But Golden and JJJ both are people that might could pull things off to this point. Golden, especially, is hard to read, since Eloh just left. I find that more people replace out under the pressure that comes with being scum.

It would be nice if I had any concrete reasons to suspect Golden or JJJ though.

Also, I'm more worried about JJJ than Marmot. Marmot feels distinctly different than scum marmot, and also seems to be in a pretty good place.

Dizzy's still more likely than either one. I *think* we have similar scum/town metas, outside of the gifs.

Marmot, he one time I saw him as scum, did' feel as helpful as he does here. He posted more with less content.
Juju is taking up the same role while around that he did on phenol. I could change on this, as jim might just be that good at seeming helpful.
Dizzy actually feels more prone to giving reads and being helpful than he did as town. Tow read there, I suppose.

Can you explain your POE list a little? Process of Elimination, does that mean the green ones are cleared in your mind for certain reasons?

Green were the ones I really didn't want to lynch THAT DAY. Of them, I have townreads on three: Dizzy, JJJ, and Marmot.

As long as mafia are not directly under lynch suspicion, they have no incentive to scumhunt. Laying low is fine so long as nobody really pays much attention. Eloh is online, but deliberately not posting.
Of course, could just be an uninvested player, or she might still be trying to catch up.

This vote is also pressure, in a way, corresponding to that. I want her in here to give something.

If scum, pushing off the lynch more than likely gives mafia an extra day of head start. Assuming they can push a mislynch. In a game this small, we don't have much time for that.

Marmot feels nothing like scum marmot did in phenon, to me at least. He's helping when here, and approaches things in an interesting way.
FZ I could lynch tomorrow, but I'd rather give her a change to provide some more non-self-focused content first. She seems earnest enough when prodded.
JJJ is acting like town JJJ did, and is getting people to talk. Would be sad to see him go.
Dizzy is playing in a way I like and find helpful and towny. Every time I drop her read, she comes back and I find myself liking the cadence/content of her posts again. Hm. That could be a bad thing, I guess, if the posts don't stick with me, but otherwise I like it.
inh is coasting on a good response to D1 pressure. I would rather give them time than lynch them immediately.
I liked wilgy's early posts and separate viewpoints from other people, but I feel the substantiation has somewhat failed. Of course, that brings me to
Epignosis, who feels like a really conflict-heavy guy. It seems like there is no person he'd give a town read. I'm fairly certain that the only reason he doesn't want to lynch FZ is because he can do it later, and not lynching JJJ atm is a no-brainer. I don't have any meta on Epi, but I generally find people with townreads to be townier that people with more scumreads. Why? Townreads are inconvenient for scum to have. It gives them targets to avoid for mislynches. Better to be able to lynch any townie.
Luke and Eloh have done nothing to make me think they are town.
LC I'm feeling better about after his more recent posts, so I might would move him out of the POE.

TL;DR Lots of feels, some meta, and unbiased assumptions about Epi that he will immediately shoot down.

I like that the rainbow isn't just going along with the concensus (or at least, the concensus at the time). It isn't trying to blend in. I like the light townread on insertnamehere, and though I disagree with it, I appreciate the decision to put MP and Marmot lower than I would. These indicate a mindset that isn't as concerned with what others think, and LC is analyzing these players in their own way by their own merits. I would prefer elaboration on Marmot and Wilgy though.

I don't like his bottom two reads, nor how scum-heavy the list is. It doesn't really narrow anything down as far as lynches go. 3 townreads in a game like this, one of them being light, speaks of non-committal, to me at least.
Some alignment or anti-alignment analysis might clear my dislike up more.

This rainbow list was a generalized slope of how I feel about people, spread across an eye-pleasing rainbow in an even fashion. You have some ideas here about specific meanings of colours, but you would be mistaken if you assumed I followed those ideas when making it. I put the player list in order of who I trust most to who I trust least, and then put it behind a rainbow lens, that's it.

Ah. I don't usually see that done. Usually it's green, light green, yellow, orange, red, meaning town, prob town, null, maybe scum, scummer.

I was on FZ for a while, but his adamant stance and emotional reaction seemed genuine.
So I then switched to nutella, the other suspect with a fleshed-out case against them. Then the drill began.

To be honest, I didn't feel super good about any of the four in the lynch. Okay, but not great. LC or INH might have been better options, but we hadn't had time to make a case on them. I stuck with the person that we had taken a good look at, and still somewhat suspected. That way, when the dust settled, we wouldn't look back and say "Oh, INH was obvious town and we never gave them a chance."

Basically, my lack of support for the Chinese fire drill, plus the length of time the case remained on nutella without any strong arguments against it, pushed my vote there.

We did catch Marmot with a CFD in Phenon.

I'm worried that we were barking up the wrong tree and looking at the wrong droids through the entire EOD. If nut and FZ are town, I'd suspect Epi some. Reasons:

Gut

Wilgy's read (which I want clarification on)

The way Epi was good early then didn't show up as much (still here, but not memorable aside from vote switching)
