Looking at playoff probabilities, Buffalo makes the playoffs if they win out (requires a win over NE, but otherwise, honestly possible), the Ravens lose a step, and the Colts lose a step. I can dream.

God, that game was tough to watch at times but Josh Allen looked so nice and I will buy Shaq Lawson a beer if I ever meet him. Getting Fournette ejected won us that game.

I do think they can beat the Jags but it’s tough to know which team will show up. Blow out the Vikings, get blown out by the Packers. Keep it close with the Patriots, get your shit rocked by the Ravens. Destroy the Jets ... well, I liked that game but I dunno how quality that win is.

Amari Cooper cost me that pick AND is giving me a hell of a time in fantasy right now. What’s the opposite of “Roll Tide,” juliets?

Dude is a staple in my fantasy lineups. Just consistent as hell.

You’re a pro, so brush this off as much as you please, but I keep a pretty involved spreadsheet for each league I’m in and my two best guys in terms of consistency and points scoring have been Melvin Gordon and Davante Adams. Absolute studs, every week.

Everybody is criticizing them for taking Saquon and not a QB, but I think they’ll be bad enough to get their choice under center next year anyway. Not too many QB-needy teams at the moment.

Holy cow, I love watching Saquon run.

You better hope your team with legitimate playoff aspirations doesn’t face the Bills this season, you’ll activate our trap card.

Tom Brady’s record against Buffalo is something like 60-3. Belichick is the primary reason the Bills lost that first Super Bowl no matter what anyone tells you about Wide Right (by outplaying them, but still). Gronk is a shithead who laid an irredeemably dirty hit on our rookie last year when they were already winning. Etc.

Independent of that, there are the cheating scandals, and yes, I know every team does everything it can to get an advantage, but Brady and Bill are so good already that they don’t even need to illegally film or destroy cell phones, but they do anyway, and that makes it feel cheap. They’re both incredible at what they do and Brady’s story is tremendous, but they frustrate me a lot.

Man, I hate the Patriots.

Not a good showing from the Bills yesterday, but these things happen. I think I’d rather lose in a blowout than how the Browns did.

I have to miss the game tonight but it should be a good one (and I need Lindsay to not get ejected this time for my fantasy team ...)

I think the offenses for both teams are just really, really good. Cousins played his mind out and the Vikings are 1 blown whistle away from another TD, but the Rams are the best team in football so far.

My prediction is that whatever the right call would be, TB does the other thing.

I don’t think this loss (so far) is really on Fitzpatrick. He’s throwing picks, but most of them aren’t egregious and his receivers are dropping balls they shouldn’t be. They really should keep rolling with him for the next few weeks at least.

Defenses already seem to understand there’s no winning, so (at least in this game) they’re just going for it and taking the penalty. It’s gonna get worse before it gets better.

I know it’s just one game, but I’m honestly so freaking giddy after that. Josh Allen looked like a superhero, but even if he busts the rest of the season and the team reverts to its ugly form, that win was worth it.

What a week. So much to love and so many upsets.

This week’s not their week, and if Rodgers plays Green Bay isn’t either. I’ll hold out hope regardless. The schedule cools down a bit in October — games against an AFCS that doesn’t look too special — and they have the Jets, Dolphins and Lions later on. I hope they can pick up speed in that stretch, but even if they get 0-16 ... Ed Oliver, Nick Bosa, Greg Little, or maybe Anthony Johnson out of Buffalo. $100 million in cap space next year. Josh Allen with a season under his belt. These are the things I have to tell myself to feel okay.
