Yup. Some games allow for great fake claim creativity, and others by their very nature prohibit it. The latter style needs provisional fakes.

There was LoL themed game on millenium forums I played in way back when. I did a semi-elaborate fake claim, but I messed up on the flavor of it. I think I did the flavor text instead of the announcing text or something. But yeah, if I had played the game more or something, maybe I would have gotten away with it.

Thanks for the game, jack and juliets. I kind of wish I would have asked more questions about lylo/does town need to kill me...etc. or if it would have been announced if all the mafia were dead etc.

Is there a dead chat that I could read somewhere?

Yeah, I asked if I could self target, but I couldn't, so that was the problematic bit.

The speedy thing is more a hindsight thing. Until Mac died, I thought I had a doctor role. But both leetic and Mac died on the nights that I targeted them, which doesn't make sense with speedy not dying night 1. Soneji was already lynched at this point. So nutella's death is the main question mark in my mind, as I know I didn't target nutella.

I think jack mentioned somewhere that we wouldn't know if our targets had been changed, so that could potentially be something? But yeah, I was expecting more kills.

One of the nights the flavor, sparked my interest a little bit, but I couldn't tell if it truly meant anything.

Also, when I saw leetic die, I also wondered if it was only 1 kill a night, which meant that I didn't save speedy or rather it didn't do anything.

N1 - Speedy

N4 - Dizzy (He was playing in a different game with someone he hadn't played with in awhile. He was pretty townie in my mind. Plus, he was was very active, so I did think mafia would target him if not indiglo. But yeah, I'm still very confused.
N5 - bob (Bob mentioned me in the thread to switch my vote to jinrou instead of kyle. I thought maybe mafia determine who's night action performs the kill each night. So maybe someone has been targeting me consecutively? Idk. So I targeted bob. Because if bob and kyle were mafia together, I would have eliminate a world of 2 going into today.)

But the main reason why I'm leaning on voting for Long Con is that the day that Rej/leetic died. LC brings up a post where I interacted with Rej/leetic.

Seeing that kind of freaked me out.

So part of me was wondering if LC had a legit tracker or watcher role and saw that I targeted leetic. Or if LC was the supposed mafia who made me actually kill someone one. That's also why I mentioned I think during one of the night phases that I thought LC was okay, because I was under the assumption that LC saw me target leetic, but in my mind, at this stage I thought it was a coincidence that leetic died and that I somehow couldn't save or that my protection didn't work.

LC had I think joking made some comment day 1 about having a nullifier or vanillariser role of sorts. So I generally thought that they were the "godfather" character that was in Zootopia.

But I'm not sure that I really put this godfather character with Soneji's character. So, I thought LC was town, but then they claimed cop, which isn't what I expect from them, unless they happen to Judy Hopps.

Epi giving up seemed like a genuine frustration. I think that could be faked, but with all these checks coming back in the clear; one has to really wonder what is going on here.

Tin Foil world of Epi apologizing to Soneji for not being around at end of the day, but he did clarify the story saying that that's not happening right now.

I think if I were in his shoes that would be a scary thought, or I don't think I would be able to do something like that as scum. So from that mentality, I guess i think a lot of people, especially scum would be more concerned about their appearance, so that would likely be something that maybe Epi wouldn't say as mafia?

So for now, I think I still want to lynch kyle.

Jinrou on one hand yes, wasn't as overboard townie as logic was, but from memory, he didn't seem all that bad.

Logic did do more than Jinrou, but it's not really fair to compare playstyles.

Kyle has been consistently not stood out as being townie. His claim while though may be different from the rest of the claims. It is still worrisome to see his lack of engagement with the rest of us.

I guess I'm between kyle and jinrou. Epi and bob, I was suspicious of earlier in the game. But they did do townier things later on.

Epi, I guess is in my tin foil world. I do want to be right about a his posts being filled with lots of filler, but I think when I think that way that I'm being unfair to him. Or that I'm putting too much stake into how he played in Scrimmage.

Long Con, I thought was okay from the nearly claim.

So if there are 2 alive, do we lose today if we don't lynch correctly? If there were 3 mafia alive, the game would be over. But thematically speaking, there might be only one left.

I don't know how I feel about this. I think Dizzy is like most of us frustrated with it being "bastard" for one thing, but second, that we aren't truly sure what can be trusted or not.

This isn't a game where I feel sure about the direction we should go.

I do think Kyle hasn't been doing all that much with how long he has been in this game. I feel like Logic has provided x more information than Kyle has.

The potential distancing votes between kyle and Soneji are there.

So Kyle is maybe where i want to place my vote, but it also feels too easy.

But then if I think about it most games feel too easy when there's a lot of mechanical game info lying about.

Could this be a low scum game? Do a lot of bastard games have more or less scum in them? I think the last bastard game I played was on VS maybe?

In hindsight, I feel like I should have known better. There wasn't any big drama at the end of the day in terms of moving votes around. If Long Con had been here and explained a bit more, maybe we would have landed somewhere else. I don't know.

The bit epi brought up about speedy picking up that I hadn't interacted with Soneji were both fair points. One being epi noticed more people than just myself hadn't interacted with Soneji. And two Speedy being diligent and analyzing possible ties to Soneji.

Epi is still fillery. Yeah, he did generate a little content, but I should have not switched my vote so easily.
