I'm pretty disengaged from this game, sorry. Just...has not been the most fun environment, for me.

Anyways ill probably just sheep Marmot at eod, tbh. Unless there's mech, which lime seems to think there is from his tag of me, but like...I'm not reading enough to verify that and the poll seems wonky if it is a red, and im picking up that he blocked someone and jumped the gun on it being a red, from the like 5 posts I've read today? Not sure how meaningful that is in a setup with like a dozen blocks, it probably means *something* i guess, but not really a smoking gun most of the time the way it can be in other setups.

In the event that the medic save stopped the kill, it's 50/50 which save did it...

In the event a block stopped the kill it's 50/50 which did it.

However given that a has no relationship with B, we can't say all of these events have even probability.
Can we not say that there were five events which could have stopped a nk, so there's a 1/5 chance of any one of them being the effective one?

As you know I'm awful at math so 🤷‍♀️

So, I have to assume that based on my last game with Sabie, she would side with the 2 over the 1... I don't think it's as limiting as that given there are some hard heads in this game, buuut I think this is a situation where what you think matters more than what I think.

Not 100% this is Mafia, but I'm not quite likeing Gav's chances at flipping Town here.

Sabie was also very off and on about voting Gav. They were at first, but ultimately gave Gav a pass for just being annoying.
Frankly I would look into it more, but that interaction was like 3 pages long.
Ah, I mean if Sabie is Mafia I wouldn’t mind getting ML’ed to this.
Even though the reason Sabie didn’t vote me is because my wagon was losing traction so Sabie needed a vote elsewhere because they knew I wouldn’t go through.

If Sabie is Town, it means mafia framed Sabie so they die today and I’m definitely never getting ML’ed in anyone’s right mind.
It also probably does spew players mafia such as Nanook and did you say something about Marmot having to do with Sabie as well?

I mean if someone flips Mafia it calls for reevaluation since you didn't know they were Mafia beforehand.
You can't know for certainty that a flip or vigilante shot will result red or green unless you are Mafia.
The same goes for red checks. Prior to the check you cannot be certain they are Town or Mafia.
I do not really see a fundamental difference between a lynch resulting in a Mafia death and a Watcher saying they saw someone kill.

And Dolby is ultimately correct. Town will just tunnel on the red check until they are dead and 9/10 ignore all other stimuli and overlook potentially scummy behavior.
Its also not like he's saying that he wont give it at all. The first half can be used to regular scum hunt and determine who is trying to distance from the killer and the second half is reevaluating the first and seeing what was missed.
That seems fairly logical and a good plan in my opinion.
I mean the difference is you can spend the day building worlds after a check*, before the TK. Not, you know, in public, but privately, if you're me. Or in public if you're you. Idc.

You can do what you want but I fundamentally disagree with the approach you're describing and your comparisons are inane at best or intentionally bad at worst, and I will not be making any reads now that could bias me later when I'm building worlds.


*yes there is technically the possibility that marmot could be faking a red as town (unlikely for him I think, with how he's gone about it) or as mafia (lol), but it's low in this case

I very much disagree with this statement.
That's like saying making any reads day 1 is pointless.
Or just read when you don't have a hard red check pointless.

Reads are still useful since it forces Mafia to back their own reads which will be default have to be fake since they already know that the person the Mafia read is not Mafia.
Reads also are good for bouncing ideas around and seeing which actually end up making sense in the long run.
True if we say X is Town and X ends up being the red check that was pointless, but you can still make inferences based on who was town reading them.
Not to mention Mafia probably want to distance from the killer now that they know they are going to die today.
I mean, it isn't like that at all, since you don't normally expect to have a red check lol. It's not even close to a true comparison

But I'm not going to waste time making reads that I know I'm just going to have to reevaluate in 24ish hours anyways, that's so inefficient

I find these two posts especially bad given it allowed falcon to avoid a wagon and he's played enough with me anyway.

For the dizzy thing, the only thing I see from him suspecting me was an agreement with Gullio and that's so nonsensical i'm ignoring it and the fact he didn't like how i described Gavil playstyle, which sorry I stick by that. I liked his post, he was posting early content, and that's that.
