Here are the replacement stats for all the games which finished in 2021. I hope that this can be helpful to moderators who want to know how many replacements they'll likely need before starting their game.

Interesting stats:
There were 42 games completed in 2021, with 168 unique players.
The average player's replacement rate is 12.47%. If a player isn't shown here, this is the chance they'll replace out.
The average slot's replacement rate is 8.95%. I didn't do the math, but the fact that this is so different from the average player replacement rate means that there is likely a decent correlation between the individual player and how likely they are to replace.
The average replacement rate for players who only signed up for one game in 2021 is 12.50%. The average replacement rate for players who signed up for more than one game in 2021 is 12.44%. This is interesting because it shows that there is no correlation between frequency of games and replacement rate.
