If rather not risk it. That player gets CP to add to their pile if they are successful anyway. It doesn’t stop them from carrying out the NK

CP is not as valuable as you think it is. Especially since they can't even use the CP until n4.
Forcing a wolf to save TSP would also prevent them from using the 3rd shot of war1 tonight, if they had the opportunity to do that.
Eliminating TSP at this point is strictly worse than eliminating him tomorrow.

I don’t think mafia ever do poison. It’s inefficient in a team. I think for sure this is a town action on ?tsp

I kind of agree. The corollory is that apparently you can heal ONLY if you're a lv1 paladin. Levels 2+ lose the ability to heal. Which is pretty annoying because if that were more clear in the rules upfront I would have specced differently.
