What made you change your mind on Gavial after p#505?
I first though it was bad on my first post because the jump in logic to HK scum was like wild

Then when they said it again later I started to believe "oh maybe they actually think that post means something" even though the post doesn't meaning anything obviously. That's important because if they believe the post means something it becomes nai and they become lhf regardless of alignment

Then their really long tunnel effort feels like an overcommitment from what I now am viewing, from my less than 24 hours impression of glavial I think they could see themselves as correct as town and get blinker vision, however I don't really think I see them as someone who will over commit confidently on pushing town as scum THAT hard (or bussing either for that matter). So this push regardless of what HK flips, feels like something I would believe is outside glavials scum range is. Of course I'm making assumptions on their scum range based on what else I've seen.

They've bussed harder than this as mafia and probably (with some effort) could do the same to a town.

My problem with Herm is he seems to be trying to participate more than actually participating. He's asking a lot of questions, but they don't really do anything, at all. I don't even need a read out of them but I would like to know he's thinking about them at least. Which I don't get the idea he is really ever. It's pretty meh. I didn't think Alison did anything towny but I also know her. Don't know how Herm would perceive it but I'd say it's a pretty expect reaction regardless of his alignment. "Alison is being loud, forceful with reads, etc, so town"

But I think the fact that it's his only read, and that he outed it in such a weird way, means he's more likely mafia

It didn't feel natural. Why town read me then? He almost certainly didn't, so he had it before, so why not out it then?

Wurzel is pretty easy to read IMO. The last game I played with him he was lock town to me and multiple others who actually knew how to read him day 1. He actually was mislynched that day though, cause he posts weird. Lmao.

But the first game I played with him he was scum and his play was obvious enough I would have tunneled him from day 1 if I was town
