I don't have anything. That's really all I had was that LC seemed to have believed him. Truth is, he could have been wrong about any of us. I thought last phase that point was important to concider. This phase I'd expect wigly to speak for his own actions this cycle.

Baiscally, given how she came out against lorab so strong and so consistently from the start, I find it difficult to believe they were teammates.

@ Rico all cigs are a great loss true. I think game wise lc's role was particularly useful to the Civil and I think it's pretty obvious why. As for the poll it's the first one that flat out names positions. Nothing like the cute questions to hide behind reason wise. Hence the interest. No one is able to say something like "oh, I just voted for the bar because I like booze" for example.

@ fz, I was sad I wasn't in earlier too. I worked Sunday from 8 am to 2:30 am. No joke. Monday I just didn't wake up fast enough to get in here.

I believe I've heard of a "btsc checker" role in some games, and for all we know, Boom is that role, checked LC, and got a positive. Boom even said beforehand he wasn't 100%, but he felt good about it. That screams btsc check to me. Does anyone else think this is possible?

I think, personally, that if you had a bts check (and I don't remember that as a role power, but I don't play a lot of games these days) then you would at least have enough good sense to wait before dumping the info into the thread since there were not one but 2 instances of civ bts this game.

And bts isn't condeming for bad by ANY streach of the imagination.

I would think, if he had that sort of role he would have kept it under his hat and looked to - you know -build a case. Find connections to bad people that lead to the idea that his bts was in fact bad.

This feels a bit weak tbh matt.

That said, I'd had SO many losses in my life the past 2 weeks. So I'm a bit emo and angry now over this one too.

I know I'm likely next up on the block, but you'd be lynching me based on the following thought process: even though I'm bad, I took a huge risk and stuck my neck out to target someone I knew wasn't on my team. That's a play that would have terrible odds against me if I were bad.

DH, if you think I remember the details of my play a year ago, you have a much higher opinion of me than I do. Maybe I get stressed in GoC situations and try to pull different moves? It's worth noting that Face of Boe was a civ role as well.

Honestly, I don't know why you aren't looking at MM hardcore now for that late vote switch. I might have started the idea, but he put the nail in the coffin, and in a very shifty/last-minute way. I don't like it.

Some of it has to do with u related to thread stuff, which is why I don't fully trust it. Other reasons relate to the fact I don't feel like I usually do about you, and I've never played with bad julliets. For examp,e, I've never seen you ISO people

Actually, I iso'd BR and some of Lorab because Mac said that was something I could do to prove to him I wasn't bad.

In the case of motel room you can see I did more of a summary of his posts rather than the long form iso with quotes because I didn't feel there was really anything worth quoting unless people want me to. I iso'd he and soon I will do Wilgy because I have (had in motel room's case) vibes that they are bad but nothing to point to.

I'm trying to find baddies because I'm getting to the point where I'm not seeing what i consider to be baddie behaviors.

I was bad in AWR which I know you didn't play and one of the problems I'm having is people who played that game where I was bad are seeing me as the same in this game. Note however I did not do iso's there and I have been told that it's hard to tell the difference between me as bad and me as good. I'm not sure what to do about that.

It is very hard to distinguish bad Juliets from good Juliets. It took me a while to come around to you being bad in AWR but what finally made me realize you were bad was when you changed your vote to prove you were civ/make someone stop suspecting you (I think it was Mac) and now you say that you've been doing iso's to prove to Mac that you're not bad. So just based on that I'd say you don't look civ.

Agreed bad JC and good JC are spookily similar. I didn't play AWR so that's handy info to have.

And when it was months later, after listening it to obsessively, because Dad liked it, this song spoke to me. It was a comfort to me. They were telling me everything would be ok.

This mindset is terrible. We're probably not close to LyLo, I agree. That doesn't mean we have the freedom to lynch people willy-nilly or play around with bullcrap ties because we feel like it. That kind of behavior can hasten LyLo's arrival.

I agree that it sucks to have enigmatic lurking players in the game at LyLo, but that doesn't mean enigmatic lurking players should just be lynched by default for being enigmatic and lurky. Townies do that shit all the time. There has to be some kind of mindset playing into the move beyond alignment-neutral logic like that. The most suspicious player needs to be lynched in all scenarios.

I already answered this. You're wrong. The thread impact would be minimal, but the game impact would be significant if Tranq is town. That's why it's a risk. That's why I said "taking the plunge". FFS.
