k - see - here's the thing, I know you are an awesome and extreamly loveable if not shy fella. Here's a quick to do and to don't list for approaching girls

Do: Talk to them as you are approaching them. Something simple "Hi. My name is Vompi. I was just wondering (fill in blank)

Don't: Just start walking up to them and change your direction of walking with theirs and not say anything.

Do: Make sure said gal can make eye contact with you and you know - see what you look like.

Don't: Wear a cloak that covers every part of you so she can't see your race much less your face and is only guessing at your sex based on how you move.

I'm going with perogies. Not because I get to eat them all the time (they are however very very wonderful) but because they have my 2 favorite foods in them: Pasta and mashed potatoes.

I would give my left hand for a Mary Zifer's Pizza from back home. It was thick crust. Cooked in an old school brick oven. I would order it with both cheeses (the regular colby cheese and the extra mozzerella) with green peppers, onions and mushrooms. I would be the happiest girl that ever ate pizza.

That said - once time at work, I took one of our thin crusts - applied some pesto I brought from home, some artichokes I brought from home, put mozzerella, provalone cheese, my green peppers, onions, mushrooms, feta cheese and chicken on it. Topped it with our garlic shake on seasoning and our oregano. It was pretty frackin' fly too.

A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving. It's the book that changed my life.

Also - wtf?!?! - if you don't have a weapon on hand, I liked to use my corkscrew (it was one of those pocket knife style ones) as a makeshift stabby thing. Between the knife on the end and the corckscrew itself, it could do some damage to a face or eye. Also - your keys threaded in between your fingers would work as well for sticking in an eye socket if anyone got too close to you.

Yay!! I would have the most rad house ever if you were my ghost and zanydex were my nurse. Srrsly - I'd have to be independently wealthy because I'd never leave home!

I'm a scary, scary ghost! Haunting you when you're sleeping! Standing by your bed and vaguely rocking back and forth for hours and hours while you sleep! Crawling under your bed and tap tap tapping on the bed undercarriage while you wonder what pale spectre child is underneath there looking for his lost mam!

That's a shame, because I kinda pictured you as the pleasant sort of ghost who would offer me a nice cup of tea and a good vegetarian dinner. Kinda like a female version of the Ghost from "The Ghost and Mrs. Muier."

what can I say - it was college. Coffee all day - and most of the night. Then beer.

Wake up - brew more, head to class. break from class? Head to the coffee shop. Hang there till bar thirty.

I love it black. That said, 7 years of 2 pots of coffee a day have done a number on my tummy. I find that if I have more than 2 cups of black coffee now, I get a yucky tummy ache. So, when I'm drinking a lot of coffee I do have to use cream. But only cream. No sugar.
