I recommend not Dennis and not Santy today. I would support a wagon on Sloonei, SAR or SVS.

I've felt good about Mayo most of the game, but I don't actually remember a single thing about them. Is there a good reason to leave them out? Have they been around at all today?

You were also part of that group until now. I read today, quite a bit actually. I believe Dennis, and MR7 is also making some good points ( @mightyrunner7 the "bold" function isn't that visible, try the glow feature, it looks like a star, 8 spaces to the right of the "vote" button).

Neon is a question mark for me, lean town, since she almost always wolf reads me, and mostly disagrees with anything I say, I tend to overcompensate and town read her to avoid bias. My read on her is never reliable.

Sean is a bit chaotic in general, but as I had said previously, he questions almost every town read of him, and i see no reason for bad Sean (or bad anyone really) to do so.

I think Mayo is town, based on their overall "feel". At first I thought they may have been hiding behind the shtick, but that leveled out and they seem solvey and involved.

I don't know that I agree re Santy; it seemed to me, this AM, at least, that they jumped on an opportunity to yeet Dennis without really looking/listening, It felt somewhat opportunistic to me.

Sloonei, he finally shows up to bring some data, and TBH his associative reads of Miranda gave me the only pause I had in three days about her being bad. But she was the last, so idk. He's made some questionable votes, imo. At this stage I could vote for him or Santy.

I don't like how your townread of me hasn't evolved in like 3 days.

I kinda wanted to say this last night actually, but I choose to refrain so that I could see Dennis and MR7's reactions. In particular, Santy started making good points against Dennis' claim, and I decided to vote Dennis in order to put slightly more pressure on Dennis to see where Santy's push would lead (and I didn't like how Dennis seemed to have disappeared once scrutiny was being applied... which I still kinda don't like, but meh... I'mma put that on the backburner for now). Then Santy started doing the ISO dives, and I think Santy pulled up a lot of posts that looked mason-y, but calling them not mason-y, and I kinda wanted to be like "Ehh... idk about all that", but I felt it was better to just let it sit and see how MR7 and Dennis respond. Then MR7 started responding but I was sleepy.

I have wolfed with them, played with them where I was Villa and them wolf, and played two games with both as Villa as far as I recall. If they keep up the good tone they are much more likely to be Villa and I think I'll be able to soulread them Villa

And ftr I think both games when we were both V/V we never found each other succesfully . Or if we did at some point it ended up rescinding. Comlex history, but I kinda think thats why they are one of the players I have better stored how they approach the game and what could be more indicative of a certain alignment

Alright this is an even better look for Santy. SVS articulates what Falcon had been unable to earlier RE: Santy, and Falcon Falcon seizes on this to re-establish his stance on Santy. If they are teammates, Falcon is taking the distancing approach a step further than he needs to.
SVS is also involved here. But I could go either way on her here. Falcon can easily seize on his own teammate's argument to justify his own. Or it could be a convenient argument articulated by a townie that mirrors the one he was trying to make. Gun to my head, I'd say the latter is more likely, which would be a good look for SVS.

This exchange might prove to be more fruitful if it continues. Falcon is pressing Miranda for reads, but not in his usual manner. That could just be a product of how he perceives Miranda. It had been established by this point that she's a relatively new player. Falcon might just be hesitant to treat her the same way he treated Zenge. But then again, he also prodded Dennis with similar nonsense, and Dennis isn't an extremely seasoned player himself. But Falcon knows Dennis a bit better.

This also does not feel like a teammate interaction. Seanzie's interjection directly contrasts with what Falcon is trying to do. Weird little Dennis namedrop here. On the surface, I don't know what to do with it. But I have another theory that's just bubbled up to the surface here. Prior to pretending to get on board the Creature bandwagon, Falcon had had virtually nothing to say about or to any of his flipped teammates. There was a brief interaction with Genny which amounted to nothing, and that is it. By contrast, he has talked to or about Dennis more than anyone in the game except for maybe Zenge. If Dennis is a werecreature, Falcon is giving him an inordinately high amount of attention relative to the rest of their team. Some of that could just be attributed to volume. Dennis had a lot more to say on Day 1 (and beyond) than Genny. But Dya was not totally inactive on Day 1, and Falcon has hardly acknowledged them at all.

This is worth talking about. If we had to guess, who do we think was the most likely target of the mafia team kill?
As I said earlier, I think Pyxxy may have been vigged.

We could have two bad teams, but traditionally here, they would have alternated odds/evens. So maybe there is an SK, which I haven't seen here recently, or multiple people have shots. Or some other killer mechanic from SDN I am unaware of.

Of the two, I think AM makes more sense as a straight up baddie kill, she seems like she would be a very strong civ. I get the sentiment of the SDNers that killing her would be dickish for them, not sure if all of them feel that way, or if that was said as a bit of cover to push the idea that NKing AM *must* have been done by a Syndicat.

Sporty had some suspish, but there was some talk of her being able to infallibly read PSV, so that could have been done to set PSV up, as since it is a "known" capability on her home forum, from what they were saying about it, I find it super unlikely that PSV would have killed her for that reason.

Falcon responds to a post by SVS to throw out the combo of Marmot and Creature as partners. This, again, does not tell me a whole lot about SVS. They have had very few meaningful interactions this game. Which is not my favorite thing.

Big takeaway here is that Seanzie looks pretty good. Dennis might also look good simply due to being heavily featured, whereas Falcon mostly ignored his flipped partners for most of the game. Santy as well to a lesser degree, although their interactions were less feisty.

I would not say that anyone looks explicitly bad. But names like Miranda, mightyrunner, and SVS stand out for their relative absence.

Who DID say Falcon looks normal though? I feel like I should figure that out.

You don't know me very well, but I try to be very methodical and comprehensive with my meaningful posts. Getting stuck with 1 sentence thesis statements was torture, since I couldn't actually provide any real content.

I voted for both falcon and genny at various points. It's obviously possible for a wolf to buss a packmate, but bussing multiple packmates just seems like bad strategy.

The bolded part is really the only argument to vote me that I've seen so far today. It's 100% wrong, but I certainly see the perspective. The problem is it really only takes into account the last 1 hour of yesterday and ignores the previous days I spent with genny in my POE.

The main reason I didn't initially vote for genny (despite her being in the bottom of my POE for days ) was she started actually engaging and provided a role reveal. I also was 100% sheeping Mac (since he was one of my strongest village reads) . I don't know why he setup that elaborate counter wagon trap (and sadly won't ever know), but his conclusion was wrong. Frankly, we have a few people with a ton of Village cred (mayo, Nate, and now Santy), so I think the main reason the wolves silenced Mac with his final words being "Yeet MR7" was to drive a misyeet of myself

Sorry, but if you don't vote someone when push comes to shove, it doesn't mean as much. You can't really call it "bussing" when they don't go over. Also I was pretty much out of it for D2-D3.5.

I have to agree, the point of that was to set up Santy.

From my perspective, Miranda had been pocketing Mac for a few days now. But I think he might have had a different perspective after Gennys yeet, and might have outlived his usefullness to Miranda as well.

I DID look into falcon and creature, just because I didn’t do a million quotes doesn’t mean I didn’t

I did place suspicion on creature and I regrettably went with marmot because I honestly felt better about those voting there at that time. Especially since I had limited time I didn’t really have a lot to go on.
I clearly stated, I’m going marmot today and will vote creature next.

Also I addressed Nate, I do try to read everything, even if I might not comment on everything.

More than just these two have made these takes, but I don't get it. Anyone who was around at EoD saw Mac recanted their Santy read. It was becoming clear that Mac was getting townread and doing a good job town leading, so that's enough to make the kill on it's own. In a slightly more conceited way, I actually kind of suspect there is at least one TSer left as a wolf because they know I sometimes push Mac quite hard and it pushes him off his game, and I didn't do that this game, and once they realized I wasn't going to do that, the last reason to keep Mac alive was gone, leading to the kill.

That being said, my point here is that Mac's kill doesn't really say anything about Santy's alignment IMO. I am not interested in going for Santy right now, but if anyone is saying "I townread Santy because Mac died", I will not acknowledge this as a legitimate reason to townread them and will expect more to substantiate it.

From my perspective, Miranda had been pocketing Mac for a few days now. But I think he might have had a different perspective after Gennys yeet, and might have outlived his usefullness to Miranda as well.

I DID look into falcon and creature, just because I didn’t do a million quotes doesn’t mean I didn’t

I did place suspicion on creature and I regrettably went with marmot because I honestly felt better about those voting there at that time. Especially since I had limited time I didn’t really have a lot to go on.
I clearly stated, I’m going marmot today and will vote creature next.

Also I addressed Nate, I do try to read everything, even if I might not comment on everything.

More than just these two have made these takes, but I don't get it. Anyone who was around at EoD saw Mac recanted their Santy read. It was becoming clear that Mac was getting townread and doing a good job town leading, so that's enough to make the kill on it's own. In a slightly more conceited way, I actually kind of suspect there is at least one TSer left as a wolf because they know I sometimes push Mac quite hard and it pushes him off his game, and I didn't do that this game, and once they realized I wasn't going to do that, the last reason to keep Mac alive was gone, leading to the kill.

That being said, my point here is that Mac's kill doesn't really say anything about Santy's alignment IMO. I am not interested in going for Santy right now, but if anyone is saying "I townread Santy because Mac died", I will not acknowledge this as a legitimate reason to townread them and will expect more to substantiate it.

I really really doubt creature does that ability to his own teammate. There's no reason to and it'd be better to get in the way of town communicating

quirks don't actually do that much damage to town communication, and if they wanted to do damage to town communication, Creature could have chosen 17 other people. It is not unusual for scum to target other scum with benign abilities to distance.
