I don’t think this situation is a red check or anything like that. If Martin can’t be town, then Allcrab/lost monkey can’t both be town either (hence Nanook’s perspective).

I think hawk left us with an important legacy point though: if the duplicates are just auto-split between alignments, then that’s outing. It’s a silly way to build a game, and I think going that way by default is iffy.

I do think Allcrab is independently suspicious and that a valid case can be made for Martin. So the conclusion is okay even if I don’t vibe with the process.

I think OC is the most independently suspicious player in the game though, and by a decent margin. Bad bunny would be up there if not for Allcrab conflicts.

How can you prove your role? Thats not really possible, you just have to beleive him or don't.
You could kind of prove a Watcher role by correctly reporting a watch result and having it confirmed.

Well so far Allcrab has just said they have the exact same result as LoMo. for all I know they just cribbed off LoMo's result.

You insinuated your role gave you a "clear button", when you are claiming Watcher, which does not give you a clear button. You also said "I'll hit the clear button myself tomorrow" when you have claimed a role with night actions, none of which are provable. If by clear button you mean "I'll claim I am Watcher backed up by breadcrumb to prove I am really Watcher" then you should not have that belief in #3791, because that was after LoMo's claim when you knew your claim and action would be a direct copy of a townie's and would therefore be treated with suspicion and not trust.
