But you make me nervous. You are brazen in your lack of care for what the norms around role madness might be and why (from a town perspective). It’s a choice, and it’s your choice. I don’t mean to criticise you playing the way you want, but I still have to evaluate where your perspective is coming from.
It's no just a lack of caring for the norms around role madness though, I have very different ideas on how to play mafia in general!

I'm not talking about you, it's why I replied to Sig and not you because he should know better, and better understand that the narrative he is spreading came from people who harassed me every game.

This is plain nonsense. I’ve solved whole games based on day one voting records. It’s the most likely day for mafia to trip up, when they don’t quite know what direction the game will go or what will stick.

When the town has more info, day one will be good fodder.

We were talking about silent voting, not voting in general.

That, and I really dislike it when people try to dissuade me from analyzing data. "No! Don't look at that, it means nothing! Look over here instead!" That does not seem like a productive attitude to take. It's what S~V~S used to call "stifling discussion" (even though she always accused me of doing it). I don't like Scotty telling me not to suspect Axe Body Spray, and I don't like Axe Body Spray telling me not to be suspicious of silent vote switching. I'll suspect who and what I want!

I'm not telling you what to read into and what not to read into, merely that what you're reading into is meaningless. It's a subtle but important difference.

I do not like this post, nor do I like the vote for Bea. Mind you, I think voting for Bea in general is reasonable because people always tend to trust her, which makes her dangerous on the occasions when she is mafia, but Axey’s vote came without explanation and was a pile on after a (marginally) more justified vote.

Axe has a habit of coming into a game with a false pretense or at least withholding reads. It could be “I got a Night 0 redcheck on Scotty” or “I have 6 scum reads and if someone guesses them all I’ll let you know”. Then he opens up and starts solving down the line. I think it might be a D1 defense mechanism

If you had to put up with what I do here, you'd also have one or two go-to lock it down defense mechanisms.

It's actually pretty obvious too, upon revision.

If you successfully start a wagon with your vote, you get what you want, but if it doesn't take you can just claim it was for role fishing and claim immunity from any criticism.
