The Lightning had many, many fans before the pandemic and then - maybe you missed this - we won the Stanley Cup 2 years in a row. This town loves the Lightning and the fans aren't going anywhere even if we lose a lot of games this year.

Sorry, when you're in the center of the hockey universe, all other markets seem small.

The Eastern Conference this year... Yet another reason why the NHL season doesn't need to be 82 games long.

I mean, the building was more lively with the fake fan sounds, but we all knew that was going to be the case. Scotiabank arena has been less enthusiastic than a graveyard since... Well, I've never known it to be any other way. Bell center is wild, fun as a visiting fan.
