We were ONE turn away from winning and the outbreaks got us. We lost our first game, by one freaking turn, lol.

No, unless I missed something in the rules. None of the cities had more than one outbreak in it. Now I'm going to have to check and make sure we didn't mess something up, lol

We've only played 3 times still. We're only in March I think, lol.
