The upside is that you can get new awesome players to join your site.MovingPictures07 wrote:I can understand why folks would be hesitant though. The time commitment is huge, it's a heavy-pressure situation due to representing the site and playing with other highly regarded players, perhaps some don't like the mountainous setup, etc.
That said, I think anyone who is contemplating it should absolutely just go for it and toss their hat into the ring.
