FYI, three games were recently run on the Realms where players each had two lives.
In the first, players got random alignments, which lead to a lot of "Player X can't be character Y because they died since character y started making kills." And one of the teams basically cannibalized itself as a wolf decided eliminating a scum group was worth his first life and he'd likely respawn as town.
The second gave scummers town cover lives so they basically had to be killed twice and nobody could be confirmed through one death.
I'm the third, the players weren't revealed until both characters died.
If you're interested in doing a game with 110 roles that are actually used, maybe that gives you a starting point.
