And this is because of my avatar. I was really digging Henry Cow years ago (I think '08) and hadn't decided on an avatar back on PA (I was in between avatars at the time), so thought I'd try one of their album covers out -- and then that year was an election year, so I spontaneously decided to put in my signature "This message is approved by the Grand Sockian Dictator" or something to that effect, and the nickname(s) stuck, I suppose.

Except it used to be red, and, as much as I don't like In Praise of Learning as an album, it has my favorite HC song, "War"
