Listed nowhere on any guidelines is anything saying that you have to have lynches or standard win conditions.

24/24 is fine. Heists can be 48-hour cycles or 72. Yours is the former. The only other stipulations are with non-vanilla roles and the number of players. Everything else is fair game.
