Didn't see a general thread for this, so I thought i'd create one!

Currently I'm watching Joss Whedon's Dollhouse (episode 3). I went in blind, no clue what the premise was, but i'm loving it so far. I really appreciate the contrast of between the characterization and growth of the supporting cast versus the lack of growth of the protagonist.

After a quick google search, I learned the show got cancelled so hopefully it doesn't end on a cliff hanger!
(Btw, It's on netflix!)

I watched an episode in class last week, and almost started watching too. It's humor is just straight up my alley.

Just started Twin peaks. Great show once you make it through the pilot

I don't feel like finishing twin peaks, interesting show, but i'm not invested in any of the characters enough to continue watching. Finished Season 1

Just marathoned Season 1 Orphan black tho. OMG. The thing i like about this show so much is that, while pretty trope/stock character heavy, I don't just like every main character, i want to be them. Not sure if the writing or Tatiana Maslany is more to blame for that tho.

10/10 omg. Amazing cartoon by the creators of adventure time. It's a mini series with 10 10 minute episodes, so if you have 2 hours to kill, I can't recommend it enough.

Anyone else have recommendations for tv shows with the word black in them? I've been a pretty big fan of those recently.

It's SOOOO GOOOOD, and season 3 is even better than season 2. so pumped for season 4.

Finally Started Game of Thrones. Season 1 was good. I finally understand the hype. Watching it with a friend, and I think my favorite part of the show is not really the show itself, but how fun it is to talk about. The show also weirdly reminds me off the office I work in <_<

This summer I also finished Luke Cage, worth the watch for the sake of defenders coming out at the end of the summer. Not game of thrones but worth the watch.

Iron Fist is a different story. The characters motives are silly, and the conflict are silly and unwarrented, and feel like they could be resolved if people just talked to each other. I didn't finish it, and i think i might just wiki the show instead of watching the rest tbh <_<

Finished Izombie season3. If you digged Veronica Mars, this show is definitely for you. I feel like it's one of those shows that if I were to describe it would sound really stupid, but the characters are fun, and don't take themselves too seriously unless it earns it's warranted. Probably my favorite show i've watch all summer.

Finished Season 3 of House of Cards. I get why people might call it slow, but I enjoyed the political focus this season's had. Less stuff happens this season, but save a redemption plot line that goes wayyy long than it aught to, it's watchable.

Think that's about everything I've watched this summer so far. Productive/10
