This is actually a very valid point. Worth bearing in mind when people decide how to vote!

I guess it depends on what you prefer.

As a player do you prefer long drawn games with a higher chance of surviving longer, and the chance to stall the game a little bit longer?

Or would you prefer lots of messy deaths early on to clear the playing field a little bit?

A vanilla role would be less likely to care about which position to pick.

You guys realize that we could go the whole game without vpting Position 2 if we wanted to, right? The way BR has it set up, there will always be three or more options in each night poll.

Watchmen, yes. "Golden is bad because he did a really obvious attempted save on the baddie we lynched". I have forgiven DH though.

I've done a look through and, given what MM pointed out, I'm happy with option 5.

You mean DDL? I would have guessed he stonewalled your arguments the most.

DH is the one who dropped the poll to four people, the other three of whom had virtually zero reason to lynch at that stage.

I had every reason to be lynched on Day 2 in Watchmen. I was surprised to see you take the fall.

Can interesting and odd not be opinions? For instance: "I think your face is odd". That's an opinion!

You are absolutely right, but you also speak of a situation that might not be entirely game related.

Let's take the current poll as an example. Typhoony voted for Position 1 to break a 6-6 tie between Position 1 and Position 5. Now let's say you came in and responded with "I find it interesting that Typhoony broke the tie in favor of Position 1." That's an oppurtunistic statement. You've commented on the situation and left it open for another player to offer an opinion on. This gives you the chance to pick one side or the other based on another player's response. You're riding the fence.

As to your other post, I'm not sure what good it does in saying "I haven't been recruited yet, but I want to be!" My one recruitment mafia experience tells me that several someones will make claims loudly about not being recruited, till they are recruited. It becomes then, up to us, to decide if they have been recruited for good or no when they shut up about it.

I had pizza because I just got home from visiting my family on the either side of the country late last night and I went ro work this morning and have been there all day and lefr work and didn't have any food at home to cook or any energy ro do so anyway so I stopped at Sizzle Pie by the bus station before I went home from work and had two slices of vegetarian pizza because I wasn't in the mood for meat tonight though I never usually am anyway.

Oh and I also had beer with the pizza.

This is a misrepresentation of my record. I called you bad in the first two games we played together, if I recall, because I thought you were bad in those games. I haven't really gone after you since, but you're holding on to a grudge from your first game here. That's not good strategy.

Also, what do you mean "Baddie aligned"? The only baddie aligned people in this game so far are the two baddie recruiters, so you are in fact accusing me of being a recruiter.

This is not true, is it? Haven't all four recruiters (2 baddie and 2 civvie) had the chance to recruit once already? So really, there are 4 actual baddies in the game now, and four actual civs.....right??
