What does that mean? Unless it's a running joke, it usually means something. He either really suspects you or he's faking it. It doesn't feel completely fake here, the smirky tone coupled with his general inactivity makes it genuine.
I compiled a list in a game several months ago:
It's happened a few more times since then. I don't think he's serious anyway. He gave his seriousness a 3/10 earlier.

So it tells me nothing about his alignment.

These posts come after he had publicly stated (and drawn attention to) his desire not to share reads during the night phase. I do not like the way that post, coupled with these ones here, seems to suggest that DDL is responsible for Quin getting killed by having town read him too much. It seems phony and a little calculated.

I don't have a succinct case, I was just going through ISOs and commenting on things that stood out to me. A lot of things stood out unfavorably for DDL.

But since you asked about the "foreshadowing" point in particular: I thought it looked odd, perhaps disingenuous, that DDL made this post where he attempted to assign a read to your emotions about the Day 1 lynch, and then later adopted the exact same emotions he was projecting onto you. Something about the progression feels off. Like, if he was feeling that way about the lynch when he commented on your response I would expect him to express more direct sympathy towards it, rather than to offer speculation and hypothetical sympathy ("a sentiment I've felt myself before" rather than "a sentiment that I agree with"). This sequence makes his own outrage about the issue seem false or fabricated.
There is a factor you are not taking into account.

I made those posts while catching up.

My sentiment about the CFD thing changed as I read through the night posts and got angrier about them. That's why the early posts are merely agreement and the later ones are more emotional.

I will however say that Sloonei and TSP pinged me. Epignosis also has some content that I was surprised to see was his. His tone is unusual.

Sloonei is playing quite within himself. I don't think he is a town voice. TSP 's post count list is pretty busyworkish. TSP where's your obvious town play?

Michelle I like. Sig and LC has this weird moment where they coalesced some equally unwarranted suspicion towards her which could be btsc leakage.
This is the most substantial post mac has made, and most of his follow up chatter was "Sloonei is scum", so I'm not sure how much any of these words really matter. Michelle is the only player he does not read negatively here. I'm intrigued by the point about LC and sig though.

I'd be willing to place a vote there, but generally I like to give replacement a phase to get steady, so I'd say we should eye her more this phase then go for a lynch.

I could also go for a Tony lynch, but really I don't find anyone that bad.

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 3]

In A World Asunder, Mac was scum and tried to turn a lynch around on me because I had expressed suspicion against his teammate (juliets) on Day 1 after another civilian (G-man) had introduced a case against her (link).

Mac was attempting to argue that our benevolent host G-man and I had coordinated an attack against an easy civilian target. But we were both civilians, and the person he was defending was actually his scum partner. I'm not arguing that the exact same scenario is playing out right now, but the similarities are striking: Macdougall is arguing that two players (Long Con and sig) are launching a coordinated attack against a civilian target, who could presumably be seen as an easy target (Michelle).

Not anything sharp. It's mostly been lean villager and some I don't knows which are exactly what I'm talking about. Dom was supposedly after something about a question he asked and not seeing much from him, but then it went back to gth. Same with DrWilgy, the quoted posts felt arbitrary and just to get a default scumread. I don't see any train of thoughts at all and both her red read have in common her "iso-ing" the two and coming up with the read.

Both feel like very safe scum read and basic one, doesn't feel like they were genuine or that she wanted to figure them out. The lack of interacting or being a bit in their face is the walking on eggshells attitude I'm feeling. She's playing it from far.
All these posts (and a few others) read like he's trying to avoid confrontation with me. I don't feel like I needed to earn a town read from nova, and yet he has seemingly defaulted to a position of agreement with me on everything except for Epi.

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 3]

By "don't feel like I needed to earn a town read" I mean that it doesn't seem like he ever actually read me to produce a read. Unless it is decided that I am oozing goodness right now, I don't like how little resistance I've been met with from nova.

3/10 on Sloonei. 0/10 Dom.
This is like his math has a problem. Passed through my mind: if he is scum don't he add more tham a 3/10 when he previously said he's 100% sure? like not 10/10 but at least 6?
I wouldn't vote Mac today even if I had that suspicion on him but instead I wish to see him playing more.
Like I've said somewhere else, Mac always says that he's sure I'm scum. It doesn't mean anything.

That means he also may be villager isn't it?
What do you think about a drW lynch?
It means nothing. It doesn't indicate anything about his alignment.

I have no reason to support a DrWilgy lynch.

Looking back at his posts during the Dom lynch.
DrWilgy wrote: Sun Jan 05, 2020 10:25 pm On Dom: I'm very bad at reading him. Idk if I've ever seen him supa town and maybe this causes me to default to him being bad.
That's hedgey enough to warrant some suspicion.
Is DrW a player who knows Dom from many games?
Dom and Wilgy are both players that have been around for a long time, but they've also both kind of come and gone over the last couple years. Wilgy in particular hasn't played much recently. So they're familiar with each other, but don't have much recent experience in games together.

Nothing.

Epi usually gives me more.
I can only get on when I can get on. We are getting ready for exams and the end of the semester and that's the busiest two times of the year for me by far. There is also an earlier deadline in "All My Circuits," so that gets prioritized over this one.

I apologize for not being around, but this is the best I can do.
I try never to judge activity. But I judge behavior. You could be much more assertive with your low post count, yet you seen to be accepting a more passive playstyle and that bothers me.
I'm not bothered by a passive epi. If anything, it's one of the reasons I town read him.

I initially typed "I'm not bothered by ass".

Although I will say that I am sensing a potential teammate vibe between Michelle and Mac today. I never try to look for partnerships like this when both players are still alive and unconfirmed, but if one of them is scum then I'd be very inclined to look into the other.

Don't link me with anyone, this makes associative reads and these are very useful for scum. When you say the bolded you don't follow with doing it -_-
That's exactly what I'm saying. It's not something I'm going to pursue right now, nor is it something that I like to do, but I can't ignore it and want to state it for later.

Some hosts on the Syndicate have started to randomize automatic kills in the event that the mafia team doesn't submit one. I dunno if G-man would do that. But it's a thing.

I'm not totally convinced but I trust the people on the wagon and if someone ties it with Wilgy we get a no lynch.
And I'm not feeling the wilgy lynch at all.

It's wilgy. Normal scum tells don't cut it. Either have a really good reason, or admit you are randomizing the lynch, because wilgy is a crapshoot.
I think a Wilgy Lynch is better than a Mac lynch. Probably slightly better than a Nova lynch.
Why?

The way Day 2 played out my guess is that DDL/Mac isn’t a likely scum team. But I could see DDL/Wilgy. I have a slight scum read on Wilgy and no read on the other two, but I tend to ascribe to the “give replacements more than half a phase” philosophy and I think the “Nova lacked pizzazz” case is lacking. I haven’t really read the last two hours (Jeopardy was on) so I’ll go reread and see if anything catches my eye.
So all of this seems to hinge on DDL being scum?
also it seems you've misread the nova case.

Well it means there are less possible worlds where Mac is scum. Mac isn’t currently in lynch contention so that’s irrelevant.
I probably did misread the Nova case. Again, Jeopardy.
Mac is a candidate today in my opinion.
