Re: [NIGHT 2] Avant-Garde Mafia 2
OK, who comes up with this shit? Not only do I have to speak only in usernames from other Mafia sites, but I had to vote for the person who posted directly above me (in this case, The Truth- sorry old man). Finding the usernames to other Mafia sites wasn't hard: You people are all over the Internet ...

I know I just started The Game of Thrones, and that I'm reading a lot of "epic" works, but I just read the first 35 pages of Dracula over tea at work today.

I'm voting for Nebulo 10, because there is a French electronic artist named Nebulo and, not counting bonus tracks, there are ten pieces on the latest release, which is called Cardiac . http://www.mafiathesyndicate.com/images/icons/smile/alert.gif http://www.discogs.com/Nebulo-Cardiac/master/479729

I'd like to thank Sock for getting me interested in Steve Reich just by giving me the role. So far this is my favorite piece... Glad you enjoy his music! Definitely listen to Music for 18 Musicians; that is my favorite album of his for sure. He really is such an important figure in the history of c...

There will be plenty of roles (Bible has a lot of people ya know).
By the way, I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but I'm calling dibs on the upcoming Masters of the Universe Mafia.

Leech voting for himself, and then getting so many others to follow suit troubles me. I will vote for BoatsBoatsBoats for the unsettling silence, which bothers me more than the hubbub about self voting.

Re: Biblical Mafia
I'm going to start developing this, and refining it as I play more Mafia games. I'd like to have done two or three before launching it. Seems like a lot of "moving parts" involved in between days. But I'm keen on getting the story and roles started.

I think the most suspect thing so far is Vompatti trying to explain away Leech's self vote. Giving him an excuse, talking about secrets as if he knows why Leech voted himself. Just seems odd that he would jump to his defense so quickly. Also, the "defense" dissuades anyone from actually v...

Re: Avant-Garde Mafia 2: The Ultimate Dimensional Battle
I wanted to come and point out that, given the vastness of Neptune's and Pluto's orbits, it is highly unlikely that Neptune and Pluto would both be at the edge of our solar system at the same time, and therefore even less likely that they would both be at the edge of our galaxy at the same time. But...

The Brothers Karamazov is a masterpiece of Russian literature.
May I recommend a shorter, lesser known Russian masterpiece? Fathers and Sons by Ivan Turganev. It really resonated with me in a visceral way. You can read it in an afternoon.

Nick Jr., I suppose, since there's more variety in that scenario and The Backyardigans are cool.
Would you rather be homeless in a crowded city on Earth or be alone in a mansion in a space dome on the moon?
