I've been meaning to find this. This was Marmot's tie-policy in Mountain Mafia:

In the event of a tie on Day 1, no one is lynched.

In the event of a tie on any other day, one of the tied players will randomly be chosen and cast into the abyss (lynched).

I think it's best if we avoid drawing any conclusions based on the no-lynch result.

This is gonna be super controversial but how bout we just not end the phase with a tie for once? Happens more than 50% of Day 1s and Day 2s by my estimation.

I wanted to see how Mac reacted to a vote, honestly it wasn't as fun as I thought it would be.

I was talking about the Indies/Glory as a whole the only reason Spike stuck out was because he could be flipped to mafia. I'm guessing that if he can be recruited to the mafia team he could also be recruited to the civs it even mentions his love for Buffy.

I see no reason to suspect me for anything, if I'm mafia as some are guessing why would I be advertising for spike? The mafia are the ones who search for him not the other way around. I'm just saying he could be a bigger threat then the other independents since we know for a fact he's a traitor role who has two kills. Now I'm not advocating indy hunting, just pointing out the roles aren't inherently prove civ.

I've laid out my issues with Sloonei already and I don't think he trades out of the game as a civ here. My suspicion of him was related to but independent of Ambray's alignment as well. I think he implied knowledge of her alignment in hindsight by the way he approached her.

I didn't like the back-and-forth between her and Sloonei at the very beginning. I didn't like her blind joining of Kyle against Glorfindel despite not understanding context. Her defense of that later on was sort of okay but not stellar. She has said she is busy but I'm still not seeing civ motivations in her posts. Plus with Mac's recent assessments I'm kind of going back to the tinfoil that Sloonei is her teammate, but I suspect her independently of him as well.

I actually suspect Sloonei independently of her as well. I think she has done more than enough to come into the sphere of Sloonei suspicion and he has given her nothing but benign pokes. He's either not coming at a scum teammate or he knows she is a civ ergo doesn't want to be a part to a mislynch.
