I really do not know what else I can do to convince anybody of anything and even if I did I don’t have the time. Either you believe me or you don’t and I’ve done what I can about it.

You still have a shot. I'm leaning toward Luna atm and we have a whole phase to discuss it.

So I don't know who it is, right now I'm not even leaning anyone's direction. And I'm tired, it was a grueling day on the road. So maybe tomorrow I can figure something out. If it's DH or nutella... :fist:

I feel like we have had two people claim cop wrongly. It is a very powerful ability and I’m not sure DDL would keep 2 in the set-up

Of pout and Luna, Luna has seemed very opportunistic at times. Maybe it’s just the way her hunting works but she seems to discard reasons to suspect people easily and adopt them even moreso. Like when she uses my hypothetical reason for lynching Speed as a reason to “suspect” me — it feels contrived and convenient. And that post above suggests calculation to me. Idk

Seems like a good plan if you knew the horcrux would keep your team in the running as long as one person who made every effort to appear town was kept alive. :ponder:

I dunno if you earnestly believe that nutella but if you do:

I dunked on Long Con for why tho.

I dunked on Jack (who was at the time on no radar I could see) for why tho. I diverted a whole ass lynch.

Dumb plan. I don't do dumb plans. Scumbag move x2. I don't scumbag teammates. Ergo, and I'm kinda in awe I have to say this, I am not Jack's teammate.

Oh also I had sufficient enough town cred for dunking on Long Con and Luna had already cop-cleared me so its like....why go through the dumb hassle of revealing Jack and revealing the Horcrux thing when I coulda saved that shit for a rainy day, and Jack coulda been un-vig-killable on the low-low.

Dumb plan. Stupid. Mondo Garbo.

I think night is almost over so legacy posting in case I die. I think we need to seriously consider the angle that DH may have fooled us all. I still think Luna or Colin is more likely the last scum and would go for them first, but I don't want to continue giving DH a pass. My order looks like this right now:

Luna
Colin
DH
poutanko
juliets
timmer
Mac

Yes imo mac (and thus according to him 95% timmer) is more confirmed town than juliets. But I'm pretty sure the scum is in the first three. Mayyybe poutanko but I don't really have a case for her.

Finally, barring further shenanigans, I nullified DH's vote for day 7. May have been a poor choice, but using my other ability felt too much like it could backfire on me and I wanted to do something more or less safe.

Maybe I won't die, but with the prevalence of diricawls and other such madness I'm paranoid. But I'm also kind of hoping someone vigs Luna or Colin and we get lucky. If one of them dies and flips town, definitely just go ahead and lynch the other. If it's between them... we should do more research and carefully consider everything because there are points in both of their favor and points against them both. But my main word of advice is that if we don't find scum in either of them to not let DH slide by without further scrutiny. I know it feels like we've had this game in the bag for a while but we can't get cocky or we're susceptible to... well, a long con. Keep up the good fight, town.

I agree with you except I don't know how Mac got to the top of your list (and therefore timmer). Did you explain this already and I just missed it because I didn't read all of yesterday?

And does anyone know when night ends?

You should read. They vouched for each other mechanically and I think I might understand what they are hinting at. (Plus Mac was already my strongest townread so this just solidified that)

It's been 24 hours since the lynch post so I assume the deadline has passed and DDL just isn't on to write the post yet

Sorry for the delay folks, started playing Tales of Berseria and completely lost track of the time.

I'll process this real quick.

The Hideout

timmer decided to investigate on his own. Surely, some might say that was not a wise idea, but he was a skilled wizard. He prosmised himself he wouldn't take crazy risks, and went to it.

He patrolled the school for multiple nights, but nothing seemed to happen. The bad guys were weakened now, and would probably not do things in the open. No, they would make this a war of attrition, and try to slowly reduce the good guys' numbers, until they could win.

One night, timmer found something. After passing through the same corridor three times, a door showed up that he hadn't seen before. He stopped for a few seconds, and then it clicked. That was the legendary Room of Requirement! He had only heard of it in stories, but most students didn't know where it was actually located.

The Room of Requirement showed what the person visiting it needed at the time. timmer needed to find the New Death Eaters. Maybe the room would give him some magical tools that would lead him to them!

He opened the door. But inside, there was no one. Some shelves with books, a cauldron that seemed like it had been used recently, some scraps of food, but no magical tools. Unless... this was where they were actually hiding?

He had no time to waste. He had to report this information to someone.

But before he could leave, he saw the door knob spinning.

timmer knew he had a few seconds to leave. And he would probably not survive a duel against the New Death Eaters. But he couldn't die without leaving this information to someone.

The door opened. A flash of green light burst in front of it.

timmer (Hogwarts Student) was killed at night.

Day 7 Begins!

nutella wrote: Sat Nov 17, 2018 4:00 pm I think night is almost over so legacy posting in case I die.

Incredible.
