Up to this point, Long Con has only been talking to people that I know for a fact he has played with before on the Syndicate. I dunno why, but I kinda find it towny that he's keeping himself to interacting with Syndicate peeps? Mostly because I'd expect they'd be the ones that are easiest to read from his perspective?
